Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Reserved car the night before and 5 mins before pickup Jackie calls and says no cars are available until 3pm. She then asked if I wanted to go for 3pm and I told her no I couldn’t , and I was trying to ask a question but she proceeded to say “okay I’ll cancel it” then hung up immediately.

I’ve been to this location twice and my experiences were both great. The car was very clean and provided a smooth trip. Jackie’s customer service was top notch she was very friendly and had us on the road quickly. Highly recommend!

Our car was stolen on Christmas and our insurance hooked us up with enterprise for a rental. Trey helped me both times I went in. We had a really nice Camry for about a month and today I needed to extend that rental and had a toddler who wasn't cooperating. Trey did the entire transaction in the parking lot and even made the process of switching cars because the Camry needed an oil change super easy. I really really appreciate it!

Look, I really have to give them a positive review. I made a reservation during a busy time at short notice and they gave me a perfectly comfortable car. The staff were friendly and their location and office is fine. The main reason I'm not giving them five stars is because the car had windscreen wipers falling off and the inside of the windscreen was incredibly dirty. They kindly knocked some money off the price so that was appreciated.

I have been enterprise loyal customer for long time but recently I booked a suv a week ago but they called me a day before my reservation I was kinda busy and couldn’t answer. They left me a voicemail stating I needed a major credit card which I knew and I have it. They never said I had to call them back for a confirmation if they would’ve said I would’ve call em but they left me a second voicemail after they close the store saying they won’t have any cars for me blah blah blah which I think was ridiculous.. I thought my family would get to see my grandpa for last time before his funeral tomorrow.. never going to get a enterprise rental again. I’m sure they would give it to the person who never had reservation and waiting in line just to suck more money…. Location 200 SE 6th st Des Moines, iowa 50309

The team at the downtown Des Moines location was absolutely fabulous. Trey was extremely kind and wonderful and even offered me a ride back to my house when I returned the car. Would not consider anyone but enterprise for my rental needs!

Pay VERY close attention on your walk around at pick up. They say an item needs to be of a certain size to require notation/repair, but look for tiny things anyway. They are pursuing a claim against me for a tiny crack in the plastic trim around the grille cover photos. It wasn't listed on a previous walk around so I am now responsible; though, it did not happen during my time with the vehicle. It's hard to believe they would pull a car out of service for something so trivial... especially considering they wouldn't do the same for a golf ball sized dent in the body... The rep also had no idea of the difference between grille cover trim and the bumper itself. They initially told me the "bumper" was "cracked and misaligned". Not even close. Go to the Johnston location instead. Much better service and they won't nitpick you.

I was helped by Jacob at the Enterprise at the Des Moines, Downtown location. He was quick and very professional. Also, when my wife made the appointment, on short notice, they were quick to help us get the desired vehicle we wanted.

I like that they pick you up if needed. They were all very nice and helpful. They showed me how everything worked in the nice Chevy Blazer. Loved the vehicle.

Although they were nice the car they gave me was filthy! Not only all the dirt and dead bugs on the outside but inside also. Looked like possibly ice cream or ice coffee splashed and dried on steering wheel. Dirty windows. I told him I didn't want a dirty car. He took car to clean. It was wet but bug guts still there and looked like only thing he did was wipe off that one spot. Still dirty inside. Pictures of just a little of it after the 'cleaning' VERY DISAPPOINTED
