Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Wonderful wonder staff! From the call in to confirm to the actual pickup of the vehicle. Every person I spoke to was polite and super helpful. When a time where it seems customer service has gone out the window this entire team is a prime example of a team that truly cares for their customers!! Huge shout out to Moe and Ashley two rockstars on an amazing team!!

Best rental service I’ve ever had. Zack & Chee so sorry for the spelling gave the best customer service I could’ve asked for. Clean vehicle and excellent maintenance as well. Highly recommend.

I'm giving the enterprise rent-a-car at 2202 Cobb Pkwy NW Bldg 100, Kennesaw, GA 30152 five stars because they came through in a pinch. I initially wanted to rent a car from Hertz in Kennesaw but there were too many issues. 1st they wanted a $300 hold on top of the cost of the rental fair enough. 2nd there was no where for me to park my car while used their rental vehicle. That was the breaking straw. While outside on a tirade over the phone I saw a big beautiful sign across the street that said Enterprise. I gave them a call and over the phone they told me there was a car available and started a reservation. That was relief enough but when I arrived on site the you g lady I dealt was beyond pleasant and e tra nice because she could see how stressed I was. I wish I could remember her name so she. Old get the credit she deserves but it was a few weeks ago and I've had a lot going on since then. All in all the car was great the service was great and I would definitely do business with them again.

Best rental car experience ever!!!! Every single person at this location was over the top fantastic!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, laidback, accommodating, efficient, service was SO fast. If there were 10 stars that’s what I’d rate this place!!! Thank you to everyone army this rental spot location!

Started out as one of the best experiences I've had but after awhile they were not communicating appropriately. They would say "well we called you" but they would call and not communicate information or leave out over half the reason they called . If you ask them yo call you on fridays they will call you on Tuesdays . They say they will call you before they run your card. They wont.

This is really about Enterprise as a whole The site in Kennesaw is great the station manager is excellent . The site in Hiram has a few issues but they are just ok. The airport is busy and staff turnover is high . I wish enterprise didn’t charge more than the rental. Until the rental is done. That should be explained to clients in the beginning. And the upfront costs . And why . I had an issue using my points , I also wanted to use my Military discount and or USAA discount. The system wouldn’t give me information on if it could or couldn’t do it . Other than that , I like Enterprise .

For the past 7 years I have been renting cars from this location. The staff keeps being updated but the consistency of great customer service remains the same. I have never had a bad experience. Their staff is always ready to help and offer the many options available. This location is clean and comfortable and it's my favorite because it keeps a sharp inventory. A pleasure to keep using their service and here hoping for more.

Mo was amazing from the first phone call to the end of my rental. She was accommodating, pleasant, professional and very efficient.
