Enterprise Truck Rental

Hands down 5 star service, the staff always makes sure they have the correct vehicles available and it’s a quick process. This is my fourth time renting a cargo van and I forgot my EarPods and security card in the truck. TJ and Alareo held my items and called me up to let me know… I didn’t even notice. The employees here are honest, reliable and professional. The price is very affordable as well.

Great service from start to finish. Rented a cargo van Chevrolet express to move myself out of state so I had to bring the van back to this location. The ladies at the front desk were all very nice and courteous, upon picking up and upon returning. Truck rental companies can be sketchy at times, and after a very thorough research on which company to use according to my specific needs, of course I had decided to use Enterprise on Van Dam st. in Long Island. They were the most affordable, didn't charge you per mile Aham, U-Haul! and had solid fleet of trucks and vans. Would highly recommend.

Called me 30 min before I was supposed to pickup a truck to move saying that the had 0 inventory until next month. No help, no recourse, am now scrambling to find another truck to exit my apartment. When asked why I could still make a reservation and update and the online inventory still said `all available` the answer was `well the website always lets you book an appointment`. SCAM. DO NOT USE

Transportation business can be little stressful sometimes for a lot different reason but when u have a team like the one in this location u can just relax they will help you. Truck rentals can be a stressful experience, but the team at this location was very knowledgeable, quick, thorough, and professional. Overall really excellent customer service! I would have preferred to rent a smaller vehicle, but had to make a last minute reservation so the 15 ft truck was all that was available. Thank you for accommodating our move!

I rented a truck for a return trip upstate. On arrival the staff were friendly and efficient. The truck I chose for my booking was ready to go. Knowing I was going to drive long distance I was able to get extended milage. Amanda in particular was helpful, letting me know trucks can't drive on parkways or certain bridges found an app for that TruckMap. Nice work team.

We confirmed by phone beforehand that debit card can be used for payment and deposit. When came over we were asked to show not only driver's ID but something that proves address as they said, e.g. bills. By phone on the day before we were not informed about necessity to take bills for utilities with us to rent a truck! And we are adequate enough not to carry bills with us in a purse. So, phone lady made a mistake - gave insufficient instructions - and we paid for her mistake with our time and money. Till today Enterprise was the best car rental company for us. But now.... Nobody just cared. Very upsetting and disappointing.

We had been driving in from our destination and were running late. Kim and company stayed open an extra 15 minutes after close to help us drop off and catch our flights. Thank you so much!!! A+ Service when we were in a tight spot.

Everyone was nice and professional. Got in and out quickly. The truck that was reserved for me was unavailable due to a broken lift gate, but was able to get a truck with 5' extra!
