Enterprise Truck Rental

I arrived to enterprise vehicle rental, I asked the service representative if they do walk in, because walk from servo Honolulu and needed a car. The representative asked if I had service invoice number? Then proceed to call servo Honolulu, if I could get service invoice number and passed on information to representative for enterprise vehicle rental, was able to get better rate after giving the information from servco Honolulu.

Great attention to detail service and friendly staff. I was able to get my car quickly and upgrade based on their availability. They spend the time by getting the car for you and reviewing the car before you drive off.

Aloha I have been a member of Enterprise for many years but have not had the opportunity to use there truck and Ban services till recently. I can’t say enough about there new facility on Nimitz Highway by the airport. The staff is courteous and professional. As well as efficient. I have dealt with many rental companies in my lifetime and these people do the right thing and care about the relationship with the client. I would highly recommend creating a relationship with them. A+! If you’re shopping for truck rental, stop and book Enterprise. Get this— they picked me up at home— drove me back home when I finished— hassle free and free! Truck was clean, worked great. Side rear view mirrors were awesome help for backing up. Jessie, Chase, Lucas— customer service was super.

Cameron and Bryson were both very helpful and accommodating. I needed to move my things out in a hurry and didn’t reserve movers in a timely manner. Found enterprise truck rental online called in the evening and was able to reserve and rent a huge cargo truck with a lift! Same day! Much mahalos to both men. Great service, great pricing!

I had a good experience go very bad! I cannot recommend renting from this location. On their website and on google, it shows them being open every week day. We rented from them, had a plane to catch, and found that they were closed on a random week day. We had no choice but to park on the street outside their gate, they claim someone damaged the van even though we feel certain the damage smaller than an inch was already present when we rented the vehicle. Damage was around $500 This location can not be trusted to deliver a good working experience.

Got me in and out quickly both on pick up and return. Price was good and they made sure I had the right truck for the job. Easy access from H1.

10/10 great staff! I rented the truck for my wedding and they made my experience awesome. They set aside a nice truck for me and made the whole week a great one!

Made a reservation for 7am on a Wednesday, show up on Wednesday and it turns out the truck wouldn't be ready until Saturday. The employees were nice and professional though.
