My daughter is a waitress for a very busy restaurant in Redding. They use this service for their delivery quite often. She enjoys working with them. They are fast and kind and get the job done. So great to help the customers and the restaurants with this service! Great job!

I ordered for myself a few days ago, and my food never came. I was waiting for 3 hours until I finally just gave up and stopped caring.

Used this service tonight for the first time, and it will be the last. We ordered our food and were told about 20-25 minutes for delivery. Over a hour later we finally call the restaurant to find out what happened. They said there was a dispute of some kind with the delivery service and they would be sending our food out shortly. Once he finally gets here, he is incredibly unapologetic. Blames it on the restaurant who had already blamed it on this company. I'm not sure what's going on around there, but someone needs to figure out how to fix this. The service you offer is a great idea, and super convenient. However, its not being executed properly.
