I hired Mr. Hamner in July 2015 to carry out some work for a new business I had started. I first met him when I was a student at USF, he was a guest lecturer there at the time. Ironically I chose Ken because he was a lecturer at USF, this was my first ever business and I wanted someone I could trust. I paid a $5000 retainer and was told that the items I needed would be completed shortly. Among other items, I had asked for employee agreements, operating agreements, privacy policies, third party sharing policies, and customer contracts. Little did I realize that over the next TWO YEARS the only item I would receive was a generic operating agreement. Every time I contacted Mr. Hamner he made constant excuses about how something had come up or he was busy with something else and that he would get the items to me soon, he never delivered. In April 2017 I approached Mr. Hamner for a refund, he agreed to come to a resolution with me but told me that it would not be immediate as he was going away. I have NOT heard from him since. Don’t throw away your money and go and find someone else.
