This is the best way to sell a house! I used other similar providers before this one but this is definitely the best. I have used them twice now and I still had a lot of questions and needed support at different stages and Darin is so helpful. The website is great too and walks you through each process and shows the support and tools available. I hired a photographer to take pics for just $75 which I highly recommend and I wrote the description for Darin to post. As soon as it was on MLS, I started getting calls and I had an accepted offer within a few days. It was so simple and easy. I will definitely use Entry Only New England for my next home sale too.
The amount of do it yourself MLS listing services is overwhelming. I did my due diligence before picking Entry Only and boy did it pay off. Darin is excellent and very helpful. Definitely didn't feel like I was for sale by owner as there is a lot that goes into selling a house. He was always lightning fast with email responses. Don't look at the cost of the service vs others. You get what you pay for. And in this case I honestly think you get more. Thanks
Listing my home with Entry Only New England was easy and I saved money as well! Selling our house using Entry Only New England was a great experience. Looked at many sites and picked this one and it was the right choice. All the information we needed was available to us and site was very easy to use. They made it easy to keep MLS updated and the transaction went very smoothly. Also spent a little extra to buy the sold listings for the last 6 months in our zip code and it was very helpful in deciding how much to offer the buyers agent. We started by getting our house professionally appraised and it closed in less than 3 months. Offering to pay the buyers agent made all the difference.
In a strong sellers market, I knew that my property would sell quickly so I thought that working with an agent wasn't necessary and why give up all that money? We sold our house FSBO and were looking for a reliable broker to list our property on MLS. I found a number of cheaper broker sites but the reviews were horrible. Delays in postings, inaccurate listings, lack of customer service, etc. We had an open house coming up and we couldn't take risk with delays. Darin Thompson was extremely responsive to the many email I sent him. All the questions I had were already answered in his FAQ. We sold our house extremely fast and Entry Only New England made the process extremely easy. I even got reminder emails to update the MLS when we sold.
My experience with Entry Only New England was a success. My property was a true fixer upper and needed the right buyer to fall in love with it to bring it back to its full potential. To accomplish this, I know that I needed to market it in a way to make it stand out and I was able to do this by utilizing the For Sale By Owner process. Entry Only New England's website is very user friendly and once you register there is a wealth of information available. I was prepared to accept offers immediately and I felt that it made the buyer comfortable with moving forward with the process. I am very happy with the outcome and would list again in the future if I had the opportunity.
Entry Only New England provides a great, easy to use service. I saved approximately $8K in Realtor costs using it I did pay the Buyer's Realtor.
