After breaking my hip in Costa Rica and traveling back alone, I'd spoken with American Airlines and communicated my needs from ground to airplane seat from seat, thru customs back to my awaiting ground transport. The young man on the Costa Rica end, not only stayed by my side for the whole time thru flight delays, so sorry I can't recall his name, he was amazing to Mr. Perez who supported me off the plane in Miami at 1 am last Monday, to the ground transport. As we awaited my transportation to arrive, he saw an elderly women struggling to get her suitcase into the vehicle directly in front of me, checked my wheelchair brakes and went to support her before returning back to me. I was so thrilled with the service and the quality of compassionate care givers. Made my time in a wheelchair and in pain, more manageable just knowing he had a very caring heart. VERY rude , nasty & unprofessional as well as most their drivers unsanitary cars and no clue how to drive safe what so ever! Their absolutely the worst NEW Medicaid company to the area and make their clients feel small and demeaned. The apparent manage Francis Burke Was beyond nasty and repeatedly called me several times with in the hour this afternoon putting words in my mouth as well as making clear threats so it’s very sad that this is who my insurance or any insurance provider is putting my life and liberty in the hands off to take me daily to an important appointment. So please don’t let them talk to you or treat you like they did me, I’ll be handling it and making sure they are reported and taken care of professionally.Service: Corporate services

When I started using them everything went great!!! But, I recently missed a dental appointment. Now today they call Regarding tomorrow's appointment with another Dr! An issue with finding a driver to take me. I hope this doesn't become an issue!!! I really thought they started off amazing!

Used Envoy twice to taky mom to her doctors appointments. Our driver was friendly, efficient and an excellent driver. We had the same driver, Shannon, each time. And we would greatly welcome her next time as well!
