Envoy of Alexandria

I have been in nursing for 27 years and in all of these years I have never worked with a better team from Management to staff. The nurses and CNAs truly care about patient care, they are compassionate and make sure that all of the residents needs are taken care of with the utmost respect. The dietary team members listen to what the residents are requesting and work hard to satisfy all of the patients likes and needs. Housekeeping is diligent in their task of the upkeep of the facility. Maintenance works hard to facilitate the needs of the building as well as the personnel needs of the residents. Management works as team to meet the needs of both the resident and the family members utilizing the holistic approach. I must say that after all my years in nursing I have never worked in an environment that works harder to build and keep such wonderful relationships with both staff and residents.

I visited recently to see if this facility would be a good fit for my mother. I really appreciated my visit. The facility is clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I was given a tour as well. I liked the customer service and the information that I was given and will soon bring my mother to visit as well.

I’ve worked at this facility for 27 years. There is truly no other place I would rather work. The facility management and staff are very caring and compassionate about their job. All during the COVID pandemic, we strived to make our facility a safer place, the teamwork here is incredible. The facility has a very homelike atmosphere. I highly recommend Envoy of Alexandria as a place to work or bring your loved one to be cared for.

I was a patient at Envoy for a while and the team at Envoy were very caring and they did everything to make sure I recovered and I was able to return home! Thank you for the Therapy team and the nursing staff!! I highly recommend Envoy of Alexandria!!!

I have been waiting for eye and dental appointments for over a year. Nothing has changed from the transition to the. New company. Same rude bully staff like Amanda M. They are all talk and nothing gets accomplished! 12-9-22. So I’m sitting outside because it is so hot in this building, I can’t breathe! And the bully , Amanda comes out and takes a picture of me. Weird . Meanwhile, still no appointments! Go figure! If you value your freedom do not come here! They treat you like you are in jail!

I am very happy that I listened to my doctor and used Envoy of Alexandria while my Father was recuperating. The staff is so caring and knowledgeable. They treated him like family.
