Envy Nails and Spa

Worse service in town. This was a poor attempt at fixing the terrible job the man did red polish rushed me into a color got polish all over and cut me. The woman green polish who attempted to fix it didn’t do a very good job either. You can still see the red under and they didn’t do a good job at cleaning up my cuticles. I like the color but the nails still turned out horrible. I always get short gel nails and they always turn out great but for some reason Envy nails and spa couldn’t accomplish something so simple. They are also very overpriced. 100 dollars on a garbage job. I suggest Joy Nail Spa if you want good quality for your money.

I have had my nails done here quite a few times, and each experience is usually a very good one. This last time I had my nails done though, I was not happy with the results at all! My nails were filed down extremely sharp, uneven, and lopsided. The gel polish is bubbly and wasn’t evenly distributed over my nails. I am super disappointed especially in the shape of my nails, because they were such a good shape and length when I first came in, they just got ruined. :

All i have to say is I'm disappointed... I went to get my acrylic nails off. Which as you know, they are very thin after having acrylics. I had to soak them three times, in between each time they drilled off the glue. The last time they were drilling, it was super rough and grind my nail down so much that it was almost to the nail bed. They busted one of my nails and my other nail is infected, i had to got the doctor to get antibiotics. Just really upset and i still had to pay the full price for that like okay i get it but still they ruined my nail and could of made it cheaper or something. Maybe shouldn’t have made me pay..They could have been way more careful especially knowing the nails are thin. They just rush through customers and don’t really care.

I took my 7 year old daughter to get our nails done on short notice after being disregarded at the last nail salon we attempted to go to we went into Envy and right away we were greeted and asked what we were looking to get done. They got us both in right away. They absolutely made my daughters day today. The girl that did my daughters nails gave her exactly what she asked for and gave her friendly service with a smile the whole time. Phylicia did my nails and she did an amazing job on my nails and had great conversation and answered my daughters many questions all while still providing me an excellent manicure and experience. I had my nails done on a Wednesday less than a day later the polish is off. I actually emailed them less than 24hrs after getting them done b/c the polish was coming off. I now have 4 nails left with polish! I understand it was the holidays and weekend but come on at least make an attempt to contact me back and schedule me to come back and fix the issue!

I went here for the first time and got black french tips and spent $75 on them and one day after I got my nails done here my nail polish started peeling off. I always get black French tips and this has never happened to me at any other place.
