BE ADVISED: CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. My wife and I placed an order for a package including tables, chairs and a jumper nine days before our son's birthday party. We were contacted three days before the event for confirmation to deliver everything the prior to the party, OK sounds good. We had my mother-in-law house sit for us, but they never delivered. When I got home I called three times for an ETA and was told that the driver's number was going directly to voicemail. Didn't show either. The next morning I called for an update and was told withoout apology that they did not have our tables or chairs AND our jumper would not be delivered at the agreed upon time. No one informed us that the tables and chairs were not avaliable during our prior conversations and we would not have ordered the package if they didn't have them. I asked for an ETA on the jumper and was told I would get a call back after they had called the driver I might be able get tables chairs elesewhere but didn't want to give up a jumper. My party guests were expected at 12:00pm and it was now 7:27am. After a hour without a call I called back and told that our jumper would arrive at 3:00pm. Really??? I responded that would be far too late and canceled the delivery. On the day of my son's birthday this company decides to tell me they don't have tables and chairs that we booked and the jumper would arrive AFTER the party. Do yourself a favor and call another company, this one is poisoned by untrustworthiness and awful customer service.
Horrible experience. They cancelled my daughters jumper literally less than 12 hours before her party. This was after receiving multiple confirmation emails. Also they didn’t even call me, they just sent me an email saying it was cancelled with no explanation. You messed with the wrong mom. I’m making sure I leave a review on every social media outlet. The owner needs to take responsibility of this awful company and stop doing this to children and their families. Disgusting.
Had an excellent first experience with Epic Jump Rentals! We rented a Combo bounce house with a Slide and popcorn machine for my daughter's 8th birthday party which were both a HUGE hit! and the service from beginning to end could not have been better. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to all!
Was excited to try the sumo wrestling rental but the company decided to cancel my rental 18 hrs before my party. Would be more understanding if I had more time to find another rental. I guess I should have read more reviews because it looks like they have done this many times for many families. If you are looking for a reliable business I would go elsewhere.
WOOOOORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! Never rent from them I suggest you looking for ANYWHERE BUT THEM !! They accepted my order and took my money off for a jumper and I was told that they would call to confirm but they never called then I called them 18 times !! All for them to put me on hold and hang up multiple times and then for them to answer and say they were going to look for my order and give me a call back they never called. Then the next day I call again to confirm and they tell me that my order was cancelled and it was the day of my party 10 minutes before they were supposed to deliver!!! I’ve never ordered from them prior to this and I never will again ! The worst jumper place ever . Believe every bad review on here !!
We rented a jumper for my sons second birthday party. We reserved the jumper a month before the party, and had arranged for it to be delivered at 10:00 am to allow time for setup prior to the party at 12. Booking was easy and we thought things would be smooth, unfortunately we were wrong. We received a call the night before at 5:00 pm that we couldn’t answer, and epic left a voicemail saying they just want to confirm the order and delivery time for tomorrow. Sounds good, we call them back and they don’t want to confirm the order, but instead tell us that the jumper we ordered was unavailable because it had gotten rained on early in the weeknot sure why they didn’t call earlier in the week after it had gotten rained on. Unfortunately they they didn’t have our second pick and since they had waited to call until most other places were closed the night before the party not a coincidence I believe we had to settle for whatever they had left although they did offer a $10 credit. Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse, on the day of the party, 10:00 rolls around and no ones shows up. We call epic and they tell us the driver left and should be there any time. By 11:00 we are calling again, but this time there is no answer. We leave a message, and then call 4 more times over the next hour and still no one picks up or calls back. The driver FINALLY shows up at 12:30, 2.5 hours late and 30 minutes after the party had started. The driver was unprofessional and showed no consideration for the fact he was interrupting the party. There was also a language barrier which made getting the setup location figured out much more difficult. For pickup, since it got there late they decided to pick up at 9pm in the dark. I guess they though that we would want the two hours of daylight we lost to be in the cold and dark instead?? The experience overall was disappointed and frustrating, especially with changed the day before the party and receiving he jumper after the party had started. We will never rent from them again. There are much better companies out there.
I made my reservation months ago, for my WEDDING, paid for the park fee and everything. They emailed me "sorry your reservation was cancelled" FOUR DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING, no other information. I had to call and ask, apparently they aren't doing parks right now. Seriously?? It's too late to order anything or do anything about it now.
Ordered a jumper on Easter Sunday. Was told 10 minutes before the jumper was supposed to arrive that my order was cancelled. It literally took over one week to talk to someone about this and longer than that to get a refund. This business is trash. Please do not use them.
Horrible customer service. 3 hours late to deliver and they don’t honor the contract as to pick up causing delays in my plans. I reminded the gentleman what the contract said and his exact response was “I don’t care about the contact.” I was yelled at and called a liar over the phone by an angry man when I tried to see when someone would be picking up. Beware - this is now a good company!! Anyone who would yell at a customer over the phone and hurl insults isn’t reputable.
Well, my experience with Epic was AMAZING!!! I called for a combo jumper on Thanksgiving Day.....they delivered and picked up same day, no overnight charge because it was a holiday like some other companies.... Thank you for that!!! They made my day and I appreciate that!!! You have gained a customer. Your professionalism and your work ethic was greatly appreciated. You gave no excuses of why you COULD NOT do the job, you just DID the job!!! Awesome!!! Awesome!!! Awesome!!!
