Comfortable and safe transport in a shuttle bus. WiFi on board. Worked excellent. Our driver, Peter made the trip very efficient.
On the last trip, the bus was half an hour late, so I mentioned it when they asked me for review. To which they pretty much insinuated that "I shouldn't be complaining since I have an employee discount". Added to this, when I got to the Denver airport, the Epic Mountain Express employees who were supposed up guide me at the gate were very impolite and unhelpful. They didn't even warn me when my van got to the airport.
Literally perfect! Booking online was a snap and the price is very reasonable. Patrick was my driver. He picked me up at the airport right on time. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and very nicely air conditioned. He pointed out Colorado attractions and sites on the way to Silverthorne. He couldn’t have been more pleasant. Thanks Epic for the terrific ride from the airport. I will book with you every time I come here.
Driver was courteous, drove safely and even stopped when a road closure/accident was posted. After checking with the proper individuals so so as not to wait unnecessarily we were set to go after the "pit stop" instead of waiting in traffic. Our return trip was super. It was arranged ahead by our driver for one of the staff to assist with a carrier from drop off to check in with Southwest. Excellent! The driver himself was courteous and expert in driving because it was definitely snowing as we approached Vail from Avon onto Denver. After the tunnel it seemed like a "piece of cake". He also made a pit stop for us that was very much appreciated.
Just took my second round trip on Epic Mountain Express from Denver to Vail and so pleased that I’m happy for the chance to review them. Website reservation process was simple and their communication and follow-up from booking to completion of travel was outstanding. Our flight arrived early and they quickly and happily put us on an earlier van. Boarding was simple and efficient. Best of all, the drivers were truly outstanding—very welcoming, helpful, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.
Rude driver that will yell obscenities at you. Also has headrest covers that says "the average tip for a 2 hour, 100+ mile drive is $15 per person. Your driver is above average." This makes me not want to tip you at all.
This service only continues to get better over the years! My most recent trip Denver to Breck was amazing. My driver was lovely and felt safe the whole way. The desk staff was also able to seamlessly get me onto an early shuttle when my flight came in early. Renting a car is a hassle no one wants. BOOK THIS!
Greg was amazinggg. Very professional and friendly. The reservation process was quick and seamless. I appreciate being accommodated on a later shuttle after missing my flight by simply emailing an updated flight number. So efficient and for such a reasonable price. Best I saw after much research and asking around.
Our driver was the best! She was nice and an excellent driver. I felt safe during the snowy conditions. Also, she offered many great recommendations for things to do on our trip. Would use again!
This is a great company with a wonderful customer service. I was amazed that the dispatcher was able to advise me and help make a reservation at 4 am the same day of the trip. She walked me through all my options, and would have accommodated me if I had made an earlier bus. The bus was on time and the drivers very courteous and professional. I have rarely experienced such great service. They are worth the price.
