Erin has been my RE agent for over 10 years for 4 transactions. The pandemic was a challenge in trying to purchase a home first so we had decided to sell our house instead of waiting on the sidelines longer. Erin was much more confident than we were in finding a home by selling first when my husband and I decided not to play the buy first, sell later game. Boy, did she deliver by far! We ratified both the sell/buy agreements on the same day only hours apart. Even more so, we had plans A, B, and C and she was honest about house pricing for Plan B which was moving to another county. We ended up buying in our dream neighborhood with a great house that fit our wants and needs. The biggest key in our purchase was working with the local lender that often helps secure loans for Erin's clients. We are by far sure we would have never won our contract if it was not for that collaboration which I believe is key for a great agent is to have good negotiation tools and a list of vendors. I would totally hire her again, only I'm staying put a bit longer this time!

Erin and Clint were both amazing to work with. Erin is extremely knowledgeable of the market and very professional to work with. She was always quick to respond to my many questions. Erin provided great guidance when it came time to make an offer, but we never felt any pressure from her. Clint went above and beyond for us. He visited a home for us when we were unable to be there in person. Due to the current state of the housing market, we felt we needed to waive a home inspection to make our offers competitive. Clint’s knowledge of home structure and attention to detail made us feel comfortable with that decision. Without a doubt, I will recommend Erin and Clint every time!!

Erin and her team made selling my home extremely easy. Throughout the entire process she communicated with me everything I needed to know and was extremely knowledgeable about the market. My home required a renovation prior to it being put on the market and Erin coordinated the entire process for me. She provided me multiple quotes and made recommendations on what buyers were looking for in new homes, but ultimately supported me in what changes I was comfortable with. Erin provided the upfront payment for the renovations and I paid for the renovations at closing, Erin provided all the receipts so I could confirm the costs. Karissa was a joy to work with. It's been several years since I bought a new home and so I had lots of questions and wasn't really sure what I was looking for. She was very patient with me and quickly allowed me to hone in on what - and where I was really looking for.
