We adore Dr. Rider and his complete staff. The most caring and dedicated team I've ever encountered. We drove a very long distance to have treatment for a child with cleft palate and will forever be grateful for the service we received.....and the most incredible smile to be had!

Dr. Rider is both a colleague in dentistry, a friend in Rotary and the orthodontist for my two beautiful daughters. His approach to orthodontics has more to do with total facial esthetics and function than just merely making teeth straight. He volunteers unselfishly to treat kids with cleft palates. He is a great friend with a big heart.

I don't understand how telling my sister that she will never be anything and that she will never get a job, and continue to say "would you like fries with that", suggesting that she would only end up working in a fast food place, would have anything to do with fixing her teeth. I'm really upset with this Dr., who is suppose to be professional and establish a rapport with his patients, instead of making them cry and make them feel less than. All because she didn't wear her bands everyday. Yes she should follow directions, but the bullying isn't called for. I hope this doesn't happen to any of you, or your children.

From our first meeting, I knew my daughter Quiani was in good hands with Dr. Rider and his staff. They helped shaped a beautiful smile for Quiani; just in time for her senior pictures. Very professional, warm, fun and inviting office. I love them all!

Receptionist was rude! I am an adult and was asking for a consult. She asked me where I had my braces before and very rudely asked me why i didn't want to go back there?! It's been over 20 years since I've been to my former Dr and I was calling to get a price and meet another Dr. That was close to home. Plus she could not understand my English apparently and had to tell me to "slow down" when spelling my name after I spelled it phonetically twice for her. If that's how these people give first impressions to possible clients they are in for it. Get that lady off the phones !!!!!!! I've never been spoken to so rudely by a receptionist or anyone in an office for that matter.

Love Dr Rider. He's an awesome orthodontist and person. He's the best!!
