Esperson Buildings

An iconic building in the Houston skyline and very historic. The unique Italian architecture and the Dome/tempieto at the top add extra character and make it a one-of-a-kind building here in Space City. Inside, you would never be able to tell the building is nearly 100 years old because the building management takes great pride in maintaining this piece of art. Awesome place to work. Wonderful environment. I hate how my work tenure there ended, but the owner and manager a d staff are amazing people!

Parking is a hassle. All the spots are tiny, but it’s 20 bucks a day. Cheaper than most downtown parking. Food in the building is decent.

Peli deli is opening up there in few days. Great south african food. Fun!
