Amazing! I took my very red cotton dress that was wine stained the first time I wore it there to be dyed. The owner was lovely and warned me it would likely not come out. The first time he was right. It was a mess but he refused to give up and did it again without charging me. He was relentless and so kind. It took! It came out this lovely burgundy with red stitching polyester thread does not dye. I am so thankful to save the dress which was a total write off before. When it did not come out originally he even offered me money back even though he had paid for everything. Lovely man great business—they have expensive chic designer dresses everywhere so I can only surmise people trust his dry cleaning too. If you need to get something dyed go to him! For sure-be warned though that it can and often does go wrong. So happy he persevered.

They’re nice but I expected a better service after seeing the reviews. I needed to clean one curtain, it’s not being steamed and it shrunk too quite a bit!. So now I’ll have curtains of different lengths.

I’ve taken a few bottoms trousers/skirts for alterations here, all of them have turned out perfect, I’ve had quite a lot taken in at the waist multiple times and you can’t even tell it was adjusted, just fits me perfectly and looks clean and professional. Recently, I bought some trousers here and they were adjusted to my waist but unfortunately after the adjustment I couldn’t get them over my hips at no fault of the owners here I took them back to them and they helped me by putting in an invisible zip in the side which helped me get them on easier. They even did this in time for an event the following week. The quality of the work here is just amazing. My 100% silk dress had stains all over it spilt drinks, which didn't come out after 2 rounds of drycleaning with another drycleaner. I spoke to Reg on Whatsapp about my problem and he was very responsive and kind and honestly discussed the options and the risks involved. I took the risk and Reg handwashed it, and he miraculously got all the stains out. Thanks to Reg and his wife for your help! Will be coming back here for future drycleaning.

Reg and his wife were very attentive to my specific requests and I was very happy with the tailoring work on my pair of jeans amongst other items. Will definitely come back for future dry cleaning/tailoring even if they are bit out of the way. The quality is well worth the price and the trouble.
