Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Went there with my mom to accompany her for an exam. When I signed in I mentioned I would have to wait there as we were dropped off by my husband. Person at the front desk waited 15 mins after I signed in to call my mom up to the desk and tell her I couldn’t stay there. If I’d like I could wait outside the door in the cold vestibule for 3 hours. First she should have just let me know instead of passing the message along to my mother . Second she could have some common decency and let me know as soon as I walked in being I had just mention it at check in. Instead my husband who was already more then halfway through his 25 min drive had to turn back around. Total lack of respect and disregard for people and their time

I went to accompany my aunt because she was getting an endoscopy done. The Hispanic receptionist was super rude to every patient. I was waiting to see if I could sit until my aunt went in and then leave. The black lady who was nice said I could and then the Hispanic lady couldn’t even tell me to my face no she told the black lady that I couldn’t and so she told me to leave. Like why do they ask for a person to come as an accompany if then their going to ask us to leave that’s stupid. I hate this place never Will we come again.

My experience was great. I was there to get a endoscopy and everyone there was kind there including the nurses and front desk! I appreciate the doctor for educating and help me understand my health issues. Thank you all. The only issue I’ve experienced was phone service as sometimes they didn’t pick up.

The waiting is to long , the staff very unprofessional will no make any effort to help and/ or listen to the patients needs patient for 10+. Specially Sheryl Torres the office manager and Irena Guerrero Dr. firpo guerrero’s wife. Both Irene and Sheryl will Threat patients with no respect and like garbage, they also tried to charge the bills twice because staff don’t process the payments I have to show the receipts so they can make a copy and sent it to billing department.

The office appears clean and the Doctor knowledgeable However the staff is rude and very unaware of there job duties. The wait is horrendous and when asked how much longer after waiting to hours I was told buy the male receptionist that that is there policy to wait and everyone i see sitting is waiting. That is NOT a suitable resonspon, even more so because several people had came prior to our arrival and scheduled appointment. I mad to practically beg for a estimated time of when he would be next to go in for once again the scheduled procedure. I also asked for a copy of there 4 hour wait policy and was given a paper in SPANISH. I was clearly speaking English!! when asked for the policy in english i was brushed off. I Would NOT recommend this office and if it was not for the fact the visit was for some one i brang in I would have left

I had the worst experience with this place. First, when I went there they didn’t know the price of the exam I needed to get done. So I decided to leave because they wouldn’t give me the price. Now they are charging me a $50 cancellation fee when I didn’t cancel any appointment. Worst place to go, if you need a gastro find another doctor.

Doctor was not the problem. The guy at the front desk was very rude. I’ve been seeing this dr for a couple of months now. I suffer from a stomach issue that sometimes I miss work. I received the Family Leave Act papers from my human resource office and was told to have the dr fill them out. I called and spoke with the young man at the front desk as well as another lady 2xs and was told to bring in the papers. I get there and was told they wasn’t gonna fill out the papers. I asked to speak with somebody and the guy and the front desk was very rude, told me to have a seat and wait! “Mind you there were no other patients in there”. I proceeded to sit for almost 30 minuets. No one never came to give me an explanation as to why my stomach dr couldn’t fill out papers regarding my stomach for work! I will never ever go there again, and I wouldn’t recommend them unless they do a swift haul of the staff or have them go for for training on how to be professional in the workplace!

The doctor scrolls through Facebook and is very disrespectful to his patients , will never be going back and i'm pretty sure he gives a misdiagnosis to everything. He also doesn't show his degree and has none on his website i question how he became a doctor in the first place.

Great staff, very clean office and great doctor.
