Essex Oral Surgery and Implantology

Visited Essex Oral yesterday for a wisdom tooth extraction and I’m so happy I did. I selected them because of the good reviews on google but it’s safe to say they did not disappoint. The whole staff was so kind and polite, they made me feel so comfortable and Dr. Steven is truly amazing at what he does! I barely felt a thing, I’m honestly still in shock at how seamless it all went. He kept me informed and pretty much laughing the whole time, played my kinda music to ease my anxiety and overall he was just such fun. As for post-op, so far so good, really not as bad as I thought. I highly highly recommend them you’ll really be in good hands

The best! I was so nervous about removing my wisdom teeth but Dr. Lilien made it so pleasant and he made sure to go thru the process step by step so that helped me stay calm. I didn’t even need to be put asleep or given gas. It’s been a week now and the healing process was a breeze I know everyone is different but if you need your wisdom teeth removed go see Dr. Lilien!

Dr. Lillien is very clearly experienced and made sure to explain the whole process to me. I came in for an appointment first and was very clear about the potential risks although rare and unlikely, the side effects, and healing process. I had a preliminary summary done to know the costs after insurance and I got a call about three weeks later. I scheduled the appointment and it went as well as it could. Dr. Lillien repeated each step of the procedure, played my favorite music, and waited to explain the healing instructions so I could fully understand. The procedure was also pretty quick! I was vibing to music and suddenly we were done! I highly recommend him!!

I went a week ago to get my tooth pulled, and the doctor made me very comfortable. he cracked jokes and made conversation, while also allowing me to voice if I felt uncomfortable. Healing process is great, and it’s like it never happened. Thank you!

I walked into the office a nervous reck. My appointment was to get two wisdom teeth removed. The dentist and his assistant Jackie made the whole experience so comfortable for me. They both did everything they could to help me relax. He is an INCREDIBLE dentist. He took measurements to ensure I would not feel any pain. He is such a pleasant person to talk to, he takes the time to know his patients. This is the best experience I had in a dentist office.

The woman “ Phylis “ who I spoke to on the phone to inquire about services was extremely rude and dismissive! Did not help to further look into the situation and confirm my insurance but rather told me to go else where!

They never sent me a bill I thought I was all paid up, apparently not. So instead of calling me to let me know or sending any bills they just sent it to collections and it was a nightmare. Edit: VANESSA says they did try to contact me. She says she has documentation they did. I have phone records going back all the way to March proving they never once called me. They falsify documents here regularly. After everything was said and done in the in they ending up owing ME money. Guess I should send collections on them to return the favor???

Highly recommend going here to get your wisdom teeth removed I had to get two teeth removed and I was a little bit nervous but just the whole experience as soon as you walk in the door everyone is so friendly the constant jokes really lighten the mood and made me even forget what was happening I was in and out of there in under an hour a very pleasant experience

Great visit! Made my daughter less nervous about her tooth extraction.
