Story

Property Management

Includes monthly inspections of all common areas (boiler rooms, laundry rooms and units) upon request. Periodic repairs will be done and all work will be supervised. All common areas will be kept clean and presentable. Trash and recyclables will be placed at the curb the night before pick up, and trash receptacles will be kept clean with bags. Rent and maintenance fees will be collected, and bills will be paid in a timely manner. Records of finances, inspections, and leases will be kept in an organized fashion. Photos will be taken of all phases of work for future reference. Building Super services are also available.

We also offer snow removal services, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. We will send out one of our team members to take a look at your property in person, and email you a snow removal quote for the months of November - March.


Real Estate

We can find reputable tenants and do thorough background checks before lease signing. Lease renewals, rent increases, copies and records of all services will be kept organized and produced upon demand. We will list and sell your property for top dollar and arrange any open house appointments necessary for property sales.


Maintenance

Tenants, condo or co-op units can call or email with any issues that need to be addressed. All calls and emails will be responded to within the day. We keep records of all maintenance calls and repairs. We will attend board meetings when needed.


Project Management

All work done to property will be managed, all credentials will be checked before any work begins, and all architecture plans have to be presented and approved by management. Photos will be taken of all phases of work and saved in a file for future reference.
