My experience working with Etcetera over the past 3+ years is the best I've ever had with a translation firm in my 15+ years as a translation project manager. Etcetera's translations are consistently of high quality and require very little post-editing. And—they really stand out from the pack here—when I give Etcetera feedback on errors or on a standard way I want a phrase translated, their subsequent translations almost immediately make the change, without my having to remind them.
