I'm going to start off by saying that I will be bringing my VW here for work/maintenance from now on! The gentleman at the front desk is very professional and assists you through the process of check in and is extremely honest on what to expect when it comes to possible time frames that they may be able to work on your car. You first notice the sleek, modern design of the interior once you step in to the business. The only thing they are missing is some deep, melodic house music playing in the background. You check in your vehicle on a tablet. You are able to choose the make/model of your vehicle and can elaborate on what is the issue with your vehicle. The bathroom is very clean. There is a wait area with seating that also offers a variety of keurig coffees and teas. There is also a small refrigerator with water. Luckily, they were able to work on my car quicker than expected. I received a text from the business with a link. I tapped on the link and was taken to a personalized report with what they found wrong on my car and what they recommend servicing. They also provide pictures and videos! After viewing the report and pics/vids, I called the business and gave them to green light to fix my immediate problem. Honesty, complete transparency, and quality mechanical work is what makes this place stand out from the rest.
Outstanding experience. Reasonable cost. If you own a vehicle that needs specialized mechanics, you should have known its going to cost a little more so I don’t get the reviews where people are surprised at that. No gouging here. Vehicle went in needing some love and came out purring like a kitten.. well until you give her a little gas. Highly recommended. 2016 Audi S3.Services: Vehicle Inspection
I could not be more satisfied with how well the staff handled my first time bringing my 2008 Audi A6 here. The experience was very pleasant, as if you can ever say that about a mechanic shop. Remel was great, answered all my questions with patience, details and reassured me with a plan to get the necessary things fixed on my car using a Red, Yellow, Green light system to explain the severity of needed repairs. I will definitely be returning and will refer others to this great Euro Car Mechanic Shop. And the office is stylish.
I recently had my vehicle there at your facility to have it diagnosed and repaired. I acknowledged to the service manager what was done & what was found prior to troubleshooting to give an idea of what was happening to my vehicle. Also after the initial work that I wanted performed I also stated that I wanted a connector replaced on the transmission which was causing transmission oil to travel up the harness up into the transmission module. Also I wanted a state inspection. Neither of these requests was performed, quoted or even acknowledged. But they stated that I needed a battery. I personally checked the battery and the battery tested good. I asked after performing the repairs of the wiring did you do a voltage drop. They said the battery had to be replaced before they do any further diagnosis. How was the troubleshooting was done prior to doing the repair of wiring? If you don't charge the battery while troubleshooting eventually the battery is going to be drained! So now after the vehicle sits for a couple of days the battery is dead! So what was actually done for $2600? I took the battery to have tested at two different facilities, both tested & tested good. I felt that I didn't get the service that I requested to the fullest. I paid with no problem but didn't get the service.Service: Electrical repair
Let me start by saying I do my own maintenance work, but I needed a coolant flush and oil change. I didn’t want to do the coolant flush, so found these fine folks and I’m happy I did. Top notch service! Super friendly team. Clean shop. Honest. Honesty is rare in this business but these folks exceeded. Thank you!
The staff, especially Chris, was very professional and courteous. We had an issue with the suspension on our 2006 MB S-class. The team was able to get us in within reasonable time. Unfortunately, we had a couple related issues arise after the car was fixed, which they promptly resolved. They also gave us a loaner vehicle the last time we had an issue. We are very happy with their customer service.Service: Steering & suspension replacement
I would not recommend European Autowerks due to their cost. They asked me to approve a repair without providing an estimate on the cost. ---They charged a full hour to diagnose an underbody noise that was an obvious inner fender-liner / splash shield into the tire - $178, their hourly rate. ---They recommended service on my air filters without visually looking at them. There are better service providers than this at much lower cost.
European Autowerks can fix anything: change you oil or change the engine in you car. The staff is expert, knowledgeable, and helpful.I have a old mini-van that European Autowerks had kept running for over 20 years. You can trust the staff to give you an honest and accurate assessment to what problem you auto has, and did I mention, they can fix anything. You cannot go wrong trusting you car to European Autoerks.Services: Brakes
As always, a most rewarding experience. Chris and Ramell are awesome and their ability to get me in on such short notice was exceptional. Price point was also awesome. I won't take my 750 Li to any repair facility not named European Autowerks! Thanks y'all!Service: Battery
This place is top of the line. We took our Mercedes SLK230 here for essentially an overhaul. Eric and team had diagnosed the problem very quickly and had the car running within a day. From there Eric gave us a rundown of the issues our vehicle was facing after sitting for years. He worked with us on what we should focus on and what items could wait. We were always in the loop of what was going on and never felt pressure. We were given the time to talk about what he had found and time to decide if we wanted it fixed. Honest from the start and can't say enough about how valued we felt.Services: Brakes
