I absolutely love this place, I’ve been here for over 6 months and it’s a wonderful getaway, the girls are always so sweet, and the place is always clean. Unfortunately, my house flooded with sewer water when our main water line was compromised. It’s taken all of my money, and time, to take care of. I was a month behind my payment, about to be two months, I called the European Tan customer service and they seriously were so wonderful in helping me out. I will be coming back once this mess is sorted out! Thank you guys so much! Merry Christmas!
This is the best tanning salon I have been to. The staff is always friendly, beds are always clean, there is hardly ever a wait due to the amount of beds and variety offered, and they even have a hot/cold water dispenser for refreshments. Awesome experience every time! Oh, and the beds are STRONG but most are customizable so when the face tanners get too hot I can turn them down a bit :Services: Tanning
I've been going to Europe tan for a few years now, I've met a lot of front desk girls. They always meet me with a smile and even if there just learning they are kind. They are really clean at the Murray location and seem to have everything I need when I go in. I always appreciate them asking me if I have my tanning products and let me know when things go on sale!! Talk about high dollar service. I want to give special recognition to George that man is worth his weight in gold. I do sincerely hope that he is fairly compensated for his outstanding service he definitely represents the company well. I have an amazing Outlook and opinion of European tan solely based on George and the way that he represented them if that makes sense. If that man is not in a leadership position he definitely should be. I would hire him in a heart beat. In a society where manners, professionalism , integrity and work ethic is rare I feel that leaving this review is the least I can do. I’ve been going here for years. It’s really the only place to go to get a great base tan, or to maintain that summer glow. Their beds are the best, and the spray tan is ok but it’s been a few years since I’ve had that service The girls are helpful and they keep this place immaculate!
I really like this company. They’ve been super helpful and supportive. I love that you can freeze and unfreeze. I’ve been a customer since 2016 and will continue. The place is always clean and well maintained.
I enjoyed the facilities for two months just like i had planned and then asked for the membership to cancel. They said i had to come in before the 17th when it billed to get it to stop. I came in in November to put a cancel on it after the next bill and they said i had to come and do it after the next bill, they couldnt put a pending cancel on it. I told them i would be in hawaii during the time period that they require me to come into the location. Didn't end up getting a cancel on it so i dealt with it and I got billed for December while i was out of town for almost 3 weeks. Came in today on the 16th and they said i missed my day to cancel for january because I had to come in on the 7th?... well, i told her that i had requested it to be canceled two months ago now and haven't used it since october, she said they were billing me tomorrow and she can't stop it. After a text and a in person visit on two separate occasions last year to cancel, now i have to pay for a 3rd month at almost $70. When i called in the first time they said they can't put a pending cancel on it but this chick did exactly that. She said sorry r can't refund it but i can make sure it cancels after this bill. THAT IS WHAT I WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE BACK AT THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER. Scam artists. I run 2 gym facilities with over 2,000 members and about 200 high paying training clients. We cancel people's memberships over the phone, through text, email AND the day before they bill. Don't really understand why places like this have to try and work one over on everybody.Service: UV tanning

Update: I was told they have “no record” of any conversation regarding my membership and I have to pay a “decline fee” to formally cancel my membership because they keep attempting to charge my card. This business has terrible customer service and zero regard for others. Good luck canceling your membership. The only way to cancel your membership is to cancel in person. If you’d like to put your membership on hold, you have to fill out a form on their website. A few months ago I put my membership on hold through the website and was still billed for a full month’s membership. When I called to resolve this issue, I was told that if you canceled through the website where you have to provide your phone number it doesn’t work if your cell phone provider is T-Mobile. This is not listed anywhere on the website. I followed the instructions to hold, gave them my information, and still got billed because they choose to use a website or service that does not cater to all cell phone providers. I was told I could not receive a refund and was encouraged to, “come tan anyway,” on the phone. I gave up, asked to cancel my membership moving forward, and tanned for the remaining days I had paid for as I was not eligible for a refund. The next month I was charged, again, for the full amount. I called the store, spoke with the owner, and was told there was no record of me canceling. I was paying for the prestige membership which amounts to over $90 per month with taxes. I explained to the owner that I had already canceled, told him I was a full-time student paying for classes out of pocket, and I could not afford this charge. He told me, “I’m a small business so I can’t refund this.” I asked him to reconsider and told him I wanted to cancel immediately and he told me he would call me back that day. That was a month ago and I have yet to receive any further communication from him. I had to cancel my debit card and file a claim with my bank because of this transaction. I thought everything was settled until today when I received a text that my European Tan membership charge had failed to process and asked me to update my payment method. Are you serious? This is approaching the level of fraudulent transactions if you refuse to cancel memberships. Canceling my debit card was already a hassle, and now I’m getting texts about my membership payments. Take me off your books already, I will never be back and I will be telling all of my local friends to tan elsewhere.
