European Wax Center

I was in a super rush and needed my eyebrows shaped and I walk past the European Wax Center, so I decided to walk in and check if they had anyone available without an appointment. I was greeted by a very friendly associate and because I was a first time client I was offered a complimentary eyebrow waxing. There was a sign at the front desk saying cell phones and photography were not allowed, so I respected that and didn’t take any pictures, but I observed that the place was very clean. The room where I was taken was very bright, organized and clean. The specialist was friendly and courteous and I felt she was doing a good job measuring the eyebrows, and after it was shaped she completed with powder makeup, which I ended up buying because it matched my eyebrow color. I was really happy with the results until that night, when I removed the makeup and realized my eyebrows were not aligned and very much butchered. Yes, they’ll grow again, but it’s taking a while and there’s no getting around it, even with make up. I’m not sure how the other services this place offers are, but I’ll never go back for eyebrows shaping.

Amazing, professional, comfortable atmosphere. Haley made my first waxing experience so easy. She was understanding, respectful, and walked me through everything she was doing. The front desk women were friendly and accommodating. Anyone who's considering waxing, but feels unsure or worried, should definitely talk to EWC.
