After a few bad experiences at different ECWs or my favorite waxers leaving, I had given up on waxing. I was even willing to forfeit the wax passes I paid for. By chance I needed a wax immediately so decided to Google review the closest ECW location to me. Janice’s name came up and she did not disappoint. She was so nice and quick and made it virtually painless. Go to Janice. She is amazing!! She is also the trainer for the other waxers, so you know you’re getting the best.

Nene is the best! I had my underarms waxed for the first time and she was so quick, yet efficient and gentle! My previous visit was with Milan and she was so sweet and very gentle! The ladies in the front were also very helpful in helping me get my wax pass stuff together. Really love this location

EWC is great because it’s seamless, everywhere, and clean. But hands down the best location I’ve been to is Cleveland Park because my wax specialist there is THE best! Her name is Dayawna and I can’t recommend her more! She’s awesome. Gentle, kind, and makes great shapes for the brows!Services: Brazilian waxing

I received two services underarms and Brazilian today during their training days and was serviced by Vicky who was supervised by Carlie please excuse me for any misspelled names and I’ve never left a review in all of my 10/11 years of waxing but today i truly felt like I received superior service. Vicky was such an excellent trainee, she was sure to make sure she checked in with me throughout, she worked efficiently, and was attentive to everything Carlie told her, truly excellent. She also gave me great advice on how to maintain and take care of my skin as I continue to wax and didn’t mind my many questions. Carlie stayed for almost the entire appointment, which I have never experience when I’ve gone to any of the EWC’s during their training days. She talked Vicky through different tips and best practices, but more importantly she affirmed her to throughout the service which made me feel great because it made me feel confident she was doing a great job but I’m sure it also built her confidence for when shes doing these on her own very soon. I’d totally book with Vicky directly, she did an excellent job! And Carlie was a phenomenal coach, supervisor, and support while Vicky did her training. Let me know if you do coaching outside of this because we could all use some of that Excellent service!! EWC, it’s time for a raise or a bonus!
