My service was $29 but the staff charged me $53. I just found it out after 2 hours of the service.

Receptionists are always nice. Place is always clean and your waxing experience totally depends on you and your wax expert. Some times are better than others but usually I have a good experience. And regardless, you know the place is clean, the wax is clean, and you are dealing with experts which is the most important!

This EWC isn't my home, but I was in the city. The place is large and clean. Tracy was my wax specialist and she is amazing! She is super efficient and friendly. She kept me engaged in our conversation for my appointment. She does great work, so ask for Tracy!
