Ebonie did such an amazing job. I was absolutely ready for a painful Brazilian waxing and expected it to be like other places where the wax is hot when they put it on your skin or it is absolutely painful when they remove it. It was my first time here, the lady at the front desk was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. I had Gabrielle she was nice too but the job wasn’t done well. She kept saying she was doing cleaning strips and tbh when I got home to check there was still so much hair, she even left some of the hard wax on me. She said that she couldn’t get all of the hair which I understand the stubborn small ones or the ingrown hairs, but not a whole section of long ones come on now. I might not be experienced but for sure have had a better job done in the past. Probably won’t be going back, Not really satisfied.Service: Brazilian waxing
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because Selma did my first waxing and was amazing but my most recent visit with Tasia was garbage and I would honestly give her 0 stars if I could. Im not sure if its because I was the last appointment of the day but she did a terrible job. After attempting to wax my brows she offered to tweeze them because she didn't want to wax them again I guess .. ? They were horribly uneven and I actually had to go spend more money at a different place to get them fixed. I was highly disappointed spending that much money for such a pathetic job. If I could give this a zero, I would. Today I was turned away being 9 minutes late to an appointment. I even called to inform the front I’d be late but to watch out for me. Got there at 2:23 and she waited until 2:24 to tell me they can no longer take me since I am 9 minutes late. Wish they would have told me not to bother to come period. Won’t be coming to that location ever again. Gladly went elsewhere after confirming there is nothing they could do. Even confirmed to make sure they canceled the rest of my appointments BUT still got a notice. Give me three strikes and while you are at it, refund me the remaining multiple packages I have with ya. Thanks!

Gabby!! Such a delightful, thorough, and charming wax specialist. I've been to several other European Wax Center locations and this is easily one of the best waxing experiences I've had. So grateful to have another black wax specialist who makes me feel so comfortable and knows how to handle my kinkier texture.
