Ok, so my stay at home wife takes care of our kids all day everyday while I work 40+ hours a week and in the rare occasion I can give her relief and pamper her a few times a month, not to mention my own mother, aunts and cousins all go there, by whom we were recommended in the first place, we have all been loyal customers for almost a decade! My wife calls me today crying that the receptionist at this location was extremely rude and dismissive when she arrived at the nine-minute mark of their nine-minute cut off time for being late, refusing to let her make her appointment even though the person doing her eyebrows was just finishing up with a client and was not waiting for her, the receptionist continued to refuse service to my wife because she had not met the “nine-minute” window. We have previously used the Paseo Del Norte location, which has been amazing, and this was our first time at this particular location and now our entire family, extended as well, will forever downgrade this location because of the absolute pompous, dismissive and arrogant disregard my wife was treated with for this companies supposed loyal “clients” and refuse to patron anything having to do with this company from now on!Service: Eyebrow waxing
