I don't often require services but I have three kids if service passes and use them as needed. Super convenient. I can always get good service and often I get better than expected from detailed techs. Been a "member" almost 5 years now.

Both front desk girls acted like this is the last place they want to be at. Got charged a price for a full size product $30ish even tho I bought the $6 travel size. Went back and the girl said she’ll tell the manager but I didn’t get any confirmation - I did get the refund though!!! However, my waxer was super nice and talked me through the products

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and am so dissatisfied with how they turned out. My left eyebrow is more in tact but my right eyebrow has taken a whole different shape so not only do my eyebrows looks so different from one another but the right one was over waxed and looks so tiny next to the left one. I wasn’t asked if there was anything else or if there was anything i saw that i thought needed to be fixed so it wasn’t until i got to my car and found so many stray hairs my eyebrows looked crazy and unfinished and even better, there was still small pieces of wax in my every brows and strands of wax on my eyelashes and hair! I’ve been to multiple european wax centers before and it is hit or miss but this was by far the worst experience, i wish i had more time to see them in the mirror before i left, not that there would’ve been much to do at that point. the staff was very friendly so there were no issues with that, just disappointed with the service.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST —NOT SAFE I went there with the expectations that they will be extra careful and vigilant with Brazilian wax but wax specialist ‘Anu*********’ was inhumane. She was barbarous and rushed the appointment totally unapologetic about the bruise, pull and bleed from the first strip. I was so scared to continue further and asked her to call front staff. Uncaring and unsympathetic front staff ‘vanessa’ started to justify the act of wax specialist and pushed me to get the service. Upon refusal she threatened to charge me for the unfinished service and wouldn’t share the email of her Manager. This is very unprofessional business following malpractices and I am working towards reporting this business at the earliest. In one word i would describe them SAFETY HAZARDService: Brazilian waxing

I took my Girl friend Nancy here today evening. We booked her with Rahael for brazilian bikini wax. We arrived on time. Within next 15 mins my GF was running out of the room screaming.Upon investigation it has been found out that Rahael applied the wrong straps and very aggressive causing pain, bruises, bleeding. My GF had waxed in other Salons and not this much bad. We complained to front desk. All they did was to defend protect and justified bleeding blood bruises. This is not done and I mentioned about potential lawsuits and how careful they have to be. Both Vanessa and her associate did not care and said they will cause pain to customers. This is incredible lie and deceptive business for Shawna to get engaged with. They refuse to give Store Manager email id as well. This is such serious issue and we deserve to be compensated appropriately. I will be taking further legal action against them for bruising painting ruthless towards my GF and not even apologize for thatService: Brazilian waxing

Conveniently located near my home. I can always find an appointment even at a last minute notice.

The best part about this place is their online booking system. Otherwise, I was rushed through my appointment. I asked for a nice full brow and to keep my arches round, left with as much arch as a pencil and hardly any brow. Disappointed all around; no wonder they offer to put make up on you after your appointment, it's to cover up their mistakes.

Nice employees, do not ask you for tips after finished with appointment, and, clean and organized. Jordan and Brielle took their time working on my eyebrows.
