This is my 3rd time getting waxed in the Bayonne location and this time, my service was beyond incredible. Theresa was extremely polite, professional, and friendly and helpful. Overall, this is the most pleasant experience I have ever had. She was patient and gentle, which made me feel very comfortable! I will officially book with her every chance I have. I have visited European wax center a few years ago. Today my appointment was with Teresa. First let me compliment Stacey, the manager, on great customer service! As I came in the door, she stood up, greeted me, and got me checked in! My appointment start time did not begin as scheduled but Stacy reassured me that the delay would not be long and that I will be seeing Teresa shortly, thank you I appreciate that! Now Teresa! She is not only exceptional at her craft, she is compassionate, genuine,upfront, pays attention to detail and humorous! I enjoyed my whole experience today. I got my eyebrows and my upper lip done and you should schedule an appointment and see for yourself. I will see you soon Tereasa and Stacy!

The esthetician that did my brows was so kind and nice during my waxing! However I do have scabs/burns around my eyebrows 24hrs later from over waxing and I don’t have sensitive skin she did absolutely listen to me and keep my eyebrows full while also cleaning them up, but I just wish they weren’t over waxed in the process.

I was so nervous trying this European wax center for the first time. Let me just say it was the best experience I had in a while Teresa was amazing !! She was super sweet and I had such a great conversation with her during my service. She made me feel very comfortable. She is a expert at what she does. BEWARE! This business is thieves, liars, and commit fraud on their clients. Watch your credit cards. They will use them to charge you even if you cancel. The manager ROSE is a liar and should be ashamed of herself. Avoiding clients and their calls. The employees that work there Thalia and Imani are also liars and under this disgusting businesses idiotic ways. The employees take leaves of absences for long periods of times, they want you to stay as a customer for services that are overall poor, and will refuse to refund you for services never received. No one is consistent here. This business is by far the most appalling business I have ever encountered and they should be ashamed of what they do to clients. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Im new to coming to this location being that I move recently to the Bayonne area. I was nervous for my first time with someone new and it was for a Brazilian. I was booked with aesthetician named Teresa sorry if I spelled your name wrong girl who was the most patient and full of laughs the whole time I was there. I literally looked up and she was done. The whole staff including the front desk ladies Jilian and Rose were very friendly and welcoming. Love coming booking my future appointments at this location.
