When I realized I needed glasses headaches, furrowed brow from straining to see and moving my computer too close to my face! I got really lucky and went here first, since they were the closest to my office at the time. Dr. David Haddad is the best, even when compared to in-hospital eye clinics, he gets your Rx right I tried other places and they were shysters! LOL! Two places that didn't have a clue, as to what they were doing. I will always come to Eurovision for his expert care. The staff there are always friendly, patient and never make you feel like an inconvenience. They have always accepted my employer provided eye care insurance. They offer designer and non-designer frames. It's a very decent selection, not too big with all the shapes, widths, styles and colors you will want. I recommend Eurovision to friends and colleagues every time I hear that someone needs an eye exam and/or glasses. You will NOT be sorry : They are the best, I've been going here for nearly 10 years now. The most important thing to me is that the exam is done right and the Rx is accurate and they get it right every time. The best!
5+ stars! Dr. David is just great, treats you with kindness and professionalism. He's very friendly and really cares for the patient! Always makes sure you understand everything, answers your questions and concerns. I couldn't be happier to have him as my Dr. A family member recommended him and I've been coming here for 2 years,I really recommend him. Staff is friendly and helpful too.
Dr. Haddad is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I am completely satisfied every time I have gone to see him. And even better, he accepts my vision insurance which is a wonderful cost savings. I highly recommend him for you eye care needs.
The guy sitting in the front desk is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Super quick and easy service. Dr.Haddad is very friendly & professional. I will most likely come back to this place again. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!
I broke my glasses during a business trip and the team here helped me to fix them super fast! Great service
David Haddid is one of the nicest and most professional doctors that I've come across. However, his recepionists are very rude and provide incorrect information. My glasses were ready for pickup a month ago however they kept telling me it wasn't ready, when I voiced my discontent of their carelessness they told me "Oh well". Doctor Haddid should consider replacing them because they DO NOT reflect his craft at all.
Love this place. Very friendly staff and the doctor is really great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Doesn't pressure you to get something that will cost you more. Got my contacts within 3 days of the exam
I find the store and the service excellent, always courteous , professional and very friendly.Dr.Haddad treats my vision regularly and as an artist , i cannot tell you how important it is to me. Just great people the father and the son , I highly recommend it . They always offer me the best lenses and very prompt service.. Its a rare experience in New York where you have such dedicated professionals.
First time visiting this optical center. And I must say I liked it very much. Had two family members go before I did and they recommend this place. I will definitely go back. Great staff and I got a chance to meet both doctors. David E Haddad and Michelle Rodriguez very Professional.
Town Optical lost my custom before they even started through sheer rudeness. I went in and was asked by someone on the desk if I needed help. As I began speaking another member of staff cut in without even acknowledging me and they had a long conversation. When it ended, the person on the desk looked at me as if to say "are you still here?" and snapped "yes?" I started explaining my problem and he cut me off before I'd got three words out to snap "what?" As I opened my mouth to try again, his 'phone rang. Without a word, he picked up and and started talking to someone. I asked him if he was going to talk to me or them and he put up one castigating finger to tell me to be quiet. I walked out. Never going back.
