I live in Toronto, Canada and needed to send flowers to our niece in the Upper East Side. Eva’s customized one of their standard arrangements. I’ve used Eva’s for years for flowers, plants, orchids, and gifts. Last week, I ordered a dozen long stem red roses for my girlfriend and they are beautiful. And so big they hardly fit through the front door! It’s the only place I go to for flowers and they’ve never given me a reason to consider anyone else.

The service was fast with no drama, my order was attended to buy Stephanie, a quality employee offering a quality product. my friend who received it in the hospital was very happy .it's not easy to send things to your buddy ,so I asked for something not girly. I've been a customer of Eva's Garden for several years and always love their arrangements. Earlier this week I ordered some flowers which I was going to pick up and bring to my fiance's for a dinner. When I mentioned the dinner, the lady on the phone immediately suggested a low, lush arrangement that would be suitable as a centerpiece. I loved the idea and ordered it. It was so beautiful that it became a focal point of discussion at our dinner table, and we had some very knowledgeable people at the table, including a cosmetics executive, a beekeeper, three jewelry designers and two psychoanalysts. Bouquet was as beautiful as pictured on their site. Ordered afternoon before and it was delivered first thing in the morning.

Amending my prior negative review. There had been a problem and I was very upset about it. Likely the “discussion “ got out of hand- on both sides. A day later Eva’s reached out and offered a more than satisfactory solution. The test of a quality service is not just what happens when things go well — but how they handle problems and mistakes.
