I waited after getting my hair washed for about a hour and a half but once I got in a chair I was greeted by the stylus before she started my hair. They charge me $45 for a press out in a trim, that also included the wash. I highly recommend them because they did a good job even though they talk to much

Hair stylist Jackie dyed my niece hair last week. Hair was bleached not once but twice, her ends were cut uneven and the dye faded in 3 days. In Spanish the hairstylist Jackie said fantasy colors as these ones fades fast. I’d requested for a refund and I haven’t received one yet. This hair cut was 150.00 and her ends are ruined and hair is damaged with purple spots. Please you discretion when going to these salons. My baby’s hair is ruined and legal action is being considered. My neice worked hard on growing her hair by using vitamins. Her hair was healthy since this happened. This is unacceptable. I pray she is her license because....

I called Evelyn's on 10/23/2020 after my last encounter with them back in 2007. Receptionist/Stylist was very nice and helpful and spoke very good English. I used to take my daughter there faithfully until we moved out of the neighborhood years ago. Nevertheless I moved out of Philly and was back for a wedding and needed a last minute walk in for my daughter being she was in the wedding. She was very accommodating even though she was taking appointments only. Thank y'all for everything and good job even after 13 years. I would always and forever recommend Evelyn's.

Evelyn's Salon is absolutely talented and the prices are great. The environment is always happy and fun. Every time I get my hair done it last me weeks straighten without having to touch it up at home. I definitely recommend it.

Proceed with caution, there's only 2 real beauticians who can actually do hair there, out of everyone who works there. The owner is one of them. The heavy set brown skin lady whose station is directly by the desk & register, is very lazy & messes up everybody's hair & overcharges. She needs to be fired.

They speak both English and Spanish. The women there were incredibly kind! My hair was beautiful!! Please tip your hair stylists

It was great ! They did my hair within 40 mins . My hair is very long and they did it perfectly and exactly how i wanted .

Honestly I love all the girls. For highlights I would recommend Evelyn, but for a nice dye, cut, and blow-dry any of the girls can do the work really well. They also have someone who make braids to men and females. As far as customer service they are okay, they speak fluent Spanish but also speak some English. Everyone is nicely welcome.
