Voss Events is synonymous with bringing the biggest talent, greatest production, and spectacular entertainment to the stage. I had the pleasure of attending WERK the World in Cleveland and Toronto this year. The show never disappoints. I had the time of my life! I cannot wait to catch The Night of the Living Drag Halloween Tour. This will be my third Halloween show … the first year was Drive-n-Drag and last year was in a beautiful theater. Each time feels like the first time. I am so excited to feel the energy that every Voss Event brings! Would highly recommend getting to a show!
Went to Drag Race Live in Vegas at the Flamingo hotel, Literally the BEST show I've ever seen!! The Meet and Greet was so smooth and got photos with all the Queens. Staff were super accommodating to0, even met one of the managers and he was the kindest person I've ever met. Can't wait to go back and to try the Drag Brunch! :
I’ve been to two of their events and both times were an amazing experience. Great shows and you can just tell how much planning went into every detail. The customer service of everyone i’ve interacted with at the company is amazing, it’s clear that they put the fans first. I’d go again to any events they have in Chicago!
Voss Events puts on a SHOW! I've never been disappointed at a Voss production. They know how to entertain and do it well. I've never had an issues with ticketing or customer service. I always look forward to their events and shows.
I will never buy any tickets from this event planner ever again! Bait and switch, the event was supposed to be at another more intimate location with comfortable seating. Switched the day before event, by email to a large convention center with folding metal chairs and bleachers. Shame on Rupaul’s Drag Race! I do hope someone takes this to some type of litigation process. I purchased tickets a full year in advance, just to be told by Ticket Master that they can do what they want, sorry. I really hope others complain and spread the word about the fraud.
Went to their Werq the World tour in Ft. Lauderdale and absolutely loved it! The production value was amazing, the host was great, and the performers were even better. Kudos to Voss Events for pulling off such a great show. Looking forward to the next show!
Went to Drive N Drag tonight at Westfield Garden State Plaza. Voss Events ran completely misleading advertising featuring twelve of my favorite queens from Ru Paul’s Drag Race. In smaller print they listed 7 queens as performing at this particular show. In fact, only 5 queens performed. The show was less than an hour, and while the queens did a good job, the event was completely underwhelming. When I emailed customer service I was met with evasiveness giving way to hostility. Then when I went on twitter to try to message the company, they had already blocked me. Do not trust this company. They will mislead you, ignore you, and then literally block you.
I was at RuPaul's Drag Race Werq the World tour event last night in Boston. At least, I think I was. We couldn’t see anything, despite moving around throughout the standing room area on both the second and third floors. The view - particularly on the second floor - was so obstructed that people were actually sitting on the floor with their heads between bars trying to catch a glimpse of the performance. Not even the TV screens mounted throughout the spaces were of much help. The footage was extremely grainy, shot from far back in the theater, so you still couldn’t tell who was whom. Perhaps the venue was oversold? Maybe you could technically safely fit people in, but does that mean you should, if they can't enjoy the show? It’s one thing to go to a concert and not be able to see the performer well, it’s another to have absolutely no view of the stage at all. But this wasn’t a concert - where you can hear and enjoy live music without being able to see the performers. This was a SHOW - where the visual experience is as important, if not more so, than the audio after all, the songs are all pre-recorded!. If you can’t see the performance without obstruction and even the TV screens aren’t useful, what are you left with? Sitting on a sticky bar floor straining to see through railing bars, looking like starved animals. This review is long and harsh enough - but I do feel it's worth mentioning that the show started late and then there was a long pause in the middle while all the performers took a break and nothing was happening on the stage. Aren't there dozens of talented people in the show? Couldn't they all take breaks at different times rather than halting the show entirely? I spent $240 on three tickets and we left an 8:00 show at 9:15. But it’s less about the money and more about the fact that my friends and I were really looking forward to an entertaining night out, which we didn’t get. I am so disappointed in the experience - I'm sadly expecting nothing in return; but I hope you take this feedback and plan for future events better. Please do better and remember that you're charging people money in exchange for a service - in this case, entertainment. Respect your customers. Find better venues than HOB Boston. Thank you for reading this. I hope it helps you plan better events in the future for your loyal fans.
How do you explain the video at Senor Frog's in Las Vegas circulating on the internet where one of your drag queen's steal money from a guest attending the show? The show in question is called Voss Events Drag Brunch. Please let the public know how you plan to resolve this. Until then, I don't recommend attending any of your events.
Keep in mind people, Voss events does not put on the actual event. They are merely a digital processing company. Look further down in the reviews. I’m sure you’ll see that the customer service is clearly not valued by this company. I have a chain of emails that I will be posting momentarily. So disappointed. Perhaps you should find a different business to get into other than customer service. If you take it seriously you will contact me back with an apology and more than that my money back for the tickets that I am no long able to use. The event in question was postponed due to the Covid pandemic. Even the airlines give you your money back due to Covid issues. Once again, where is the customer service?
