I had the pleasure of speaking with Will, and also Mark starting the process. The sales guys were professional and made this Job sound reasonable, going through steps and details that will be taken hand on site. when it came to getting the job done, I created a totally different opinion on this company. Needless to say, I feel like I was given false promises due to “discrepancies Of the property” The stress alone of having to see my property handled so disrespectfully, trying to contact them in between my own work hours, then assured it would be taken care of properly only to have the most disgusting basement with an old crack still visible in the wall Which was assured would be fixed. Visible concrete residue and boot prints are all over my floors and stairs when I was brought down to sign papers the floors where wet, I was verbally told what I was signing for, and as I was reading the paperwork, it was not lining up to what he was saying to me. -response was “I just haven’t filled that part yet”. This has made me to be more stressed out and concerned about this fairly expensive job, obviously coerced into signing for it.I feel so let down about it. Luckily, I got to speak with a representative and she will bring it up to management tomorrow, but I really hope something else will be done besides someone coming in and just mopping the floors for it to be made up to me. 8/19/24. They came back to property and said job looks as it should and offered to come back and mop. I don’t want this company back in my home due to lack of care for me and my property. UPDATE: basement was finally cleaned properly and fixes where made they took extra good care of me after these instances and have helped me enjoy my basement again without having to worry about any future problems I’m happy the job is complete. I recommend looking at photos referring how the job should look when complete before signing anything 9/17/24. THERES WATER ENTERING MY BASEMENT AND NOBODY IS ANSWERING OR CAN HELP. I’m told I need to wait another 4 DAYS for somebody to check it out!

Salesman Jordon Bailes was attentive and very informative with the issue concerning my water leak in the basement. He was very professional and explained everything I needed to know as well as answered any questions I had. He was able to get me on the “next available” list which saved some money and also expedited the start date of the waterproofing job. Within a few weeks from the initial inspection, the job was scheduled and within two days after the confirmation of the scheduled start date, the job was complete and very impressive. I worked with a very professional and meticulous crew headed by foreman Collin Martin and totally recommend this company for all your waterproofing and basement needs!

Looks terrible. They did a bad job and they are unable to fix it. And yes, you have been here and tried your best to make it right, but it's a mess. You would have to redo most of it and you've made it clear that's not happening. You have all my information and plenty of knowledge of the project. You have already done your best, that's it in the photos. You would have to redo everything in order to make it right, and still, you can't. You failed. Edit 7/2024: I have a radon mitigation system. When installing, the lead asked, "what is that?" It's where if you disturb the floor, it has to be sealed or you're allowing radon gas into the client's home. Thanks again.

Crew was very professional kept everything clean and tidy covered floors furniture moved things that were necessary so they can complete the job. Answered all questions that me and my husband needed answered when the job was getting done told us everything they found when digging out the previous waterproofing system. Fixed all foundation problems which is fantastic cuz we didn't know we had that problem because the cracks were so well hidden. After the job was done and they did the concrete they added some additional concrete that we needed down in the basement behind the washer/dryer which was fantastic, they leveled out the concrete pad without us asking. Cleaned up very nicely no dust no debris took all plastic off cleaned up everything they left behind. Very satisfied with the work and completion of the process indoor and outdoor. They tested out the water system before sealing up everything and I feel like everything was done correctly and professionally. After that my husband had a walk-through with the manager on site he explained everything that was done helped my husband hook up the washer and dryer again so we could wash our clothes which was awesome. The Cincinnati ever dry location always called to keep us updated and asked us if we had any concerns and asked about the cleanliness. Had no complaints would definitely recommend them to friends and family my experience was smooth. Thank you so much ever dry now I feel so much more comfortable being in my basement knowing that it's completely waterproof. Im hoping they keep their word on the lifetime warranty. We did spend a lot of money so we're putting our trust in this company.

EVERDRY Waterproofing has been an amazing company to work with. We had the warranty transferred from the previous homeowners. During closing on the house we had a leak that arised from the basement wall and they took care of it right away no questions asked. They have been very responsive when needed. Should a issue happen again in the future, I have no doubt they will take great care of us!

Everdry did a great job taking care of our basement leak. We now have a finished basement to enjoy worry free from water issues. They were professional, courteous and the whole process took very little time. I would highly recommend them if you are having any type of basement water problems.
