Clerks here are so smart. Before I come down the car, they already know what to prepare for you. The speed of clean up is also just one day. Here also provides tailored services. This make one stop shopping easy.
Amazing tailor - she's given 'second life' to pants $120 dollars new if had to buy now! and other items that would be used as paint rags or recycled by someone else .
RUDE STAFF. Used rusted pins, creating rusted holes and bad creases. I had been going there for years, they did a good job for a good price. Service is horrible. I was lied to and blown off, after trying to address the damage they made to more than 10 shirts.
I've been coming here for almost three years to have my work clothes dry cleaned, but the last two times they shrunk my pants. This only happens when the pants are being washed instead of dry cleaned. Unacceptable. And dishonest. No form of recourse. Just, "sorry." Well, I'm "sorry," too, because they've lost my business permanently. I don't do business with liars and cheaters. Stay away.
I AM EXTREMELY PICKY WHEN IT COMES TO MY CLOTHES AND SHOES BUT I MUST SAY I LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE!! They are like magicians with stains, new and old, those ungodly smells only the male species make it would seem, and crease like their lives depend on it!! I HAVE FOUND MY FOREVER CLEANERS. YAY!!
I was dealing with it for five months and it was good, but the last one was less than two months. When I told one of the workers why the color of the buttons is different, she says I did not get the same color. Its place is in different colors v Horses and you wear a shirt with the color of the sky and the button the color of the sky and they put a button yellow color under the pretext did not get the same color This is your fault and you bear your mistakes
This place is awful. From the time you walk in the staff is rude and unfriendly. For quite some time I took my clothes there despite the rude reception due to the fact that the price was go great. They later raised their prices but the cleaning was still reasonable. As time went on, ALL went down hill. My clothes would be returned to me with broken bottons regularly. The staff would take no responsibility. One of my jackets and a shirt never made it back to me, but since I did not discover this until I was home and had discarded the receipt, there was no recourse. The lower price is NOT worth the treatment and the poor services. SKIP THIS PLACE!!!
Have been using this place for about 5 months now and have never had a problem as of yet. I check my clothing as well as count them before leaving them anywhere, sad to say some people will know there are problems with their clothing and accuse a place of ruining them just to get them fixed for free, this raises cost for everyone, and sorry I am not a family member of the cleaners and I don't go there for to make friends I pay them to do a job, not to kiss my butt every time I come in, the service will speak for itself and keep me coming back, they don't talk much to their customers but they do smile from time to time and as busy as they are they really don't have time to try to entertain everyone that comes in, if they did that no work would ever be done. They can't be that bad because every time I go they are very busy, maybe it's their competitors that are writing the bad reviews.
My husband's long sleeved dress shirts and pants have been cleaned here for about 5 years. They are super cheap and get things done on time. They've done a good job with the dress pants, but on average 1 or 2 long sleeve dress shirts gets messed up per year. When I say messed up, I mean visible tears in the middle of the fabric, not at the seams from normal wear and tear. The best they've done for me is to not charge me for the cleaning of the shirts when they were returned with tears that were not fixable. The most recent time, they explained to me that 2 tears several inches long in the middle of one of the shirts resulted from normal wear and tear and that it was an old. They took off the cost of cleaning that particular shirt, but that was it. I know a lot about fabrics and sewing as I am a seamstress myself, and did not find the explanations for the tears at all satisfactory. I lauder, iron, and starch my husband's short sleeve shirts, and have never once made a hole in them, even though those shirts are older and lower quality fabrics. I still take his dress pants there, but am currently looking for a new cleaners for his long sleeved dress shirts, since I don't appreciate the regular tearing and lack of restitution for the torn shirts.
