Evergreen Note Servicing

We had a note that was to be serviced, they took over 3 months to try to set up the file and never did. I would avoid them at all costs, worst note servicing I have come across.

Don’t do business with these thieves. They over charge you with random fees. I refinanced my home with another bank and gave me a really hard time to pay property taxes that should’ve been payed and delayed the payoff. Very disappointed and hope no one goes through this.
