Everyone's Racquet

Awesome little shop in the heart of Philadelphia. Although they had a sign on the door that said ‘Appointment Needed’ - which is kind of lame because you are missing out on potential $$ I KNOCKED ANYWAYS, and was let in immediatly. I knew the exact racket I wanted, and was in and out of the shop in under 5 minutes. They strung my racket in about 3 hours and I picked up shortly after. 10/10 service Will be back again, would reccomend to a friend. P.S - buy some black overgrips please :

The two men that run the store are super friendly and knowledgeable about tennis. I bought a racquet here make an appointment over the phone to shop and they really took the time to make sure it was what I wanted. It was strung up and ready to go within a few days. Love coming here for all my tennis needs. Also bonus - the sweetest pup was in the store!

I wanted to buy some new shoes. Door is locked during normal business hours and I have to call ahead to buy shoes? They don't seem to actually want to sell anything.

The owner and the employees at this store are just awesome people. We came in last week to get my daughter a racquet and they made the experience so much fun for her. They are so knowledgeable and obviously passionate about tennis. I came back today to get racquets for myself and my husband so we can play with her and they were beyond helpful and honest with their recommendations on what we should start with, invest in, showed us all kind of balls and gave my daughter a foam ball to try as a gift. I ended up getting two very high quality racquets that were in perfect condition second hand. Really amazing customer service at a level I haven’t experienced in awhile! Would recommend coming to this store to everyone in the Philly area. It is worth it!

If you're looking for a great racquet shop with friendly staff, please look no further. I had two tennis racquets regripped and restrung here. I also got a pair of awesome new balance tennis shoes for 70 bucks on clearance. The two guys working couldn't have been nicer. The whole experience was great. Highly recommend and i'll be using them going forward.

Very helpful guys with a good sense of humor, they made the visit worthwhile. One of the gentlemen explained to me what to expect and the adjustments I should make as I took my tennis class. In addition, they did not try to get me to jump right into anything expensive or unnecessary. You could tell they loved the game!

They have a wide selection of Pickleball equipment in stock. I swung them all in the store. Tried 2 on my usual court using ones my club had. They advised me on which one to buy. Happy with my purchase. PRICE was same as Amazon!! Service was unbeatable.

Great Experience! They were helpful in showing me all tennis racquet options. I am happy they encouraged me to demo a racquet before I purchased. They want you to feel good about the purchase and get what is comfortable. The quick turnaround in getting the new racquet strung was much appreciated! I will definitely be back!
