Evynn was the first wedding vendor we booked (before even deciding on a location!). I fell in love with her work after stumbling upon it in various wedding websites, and I knew she needed to be the one to capture our day. Evynn was a gem to work with from start to finish, from suggesting ceremony/reception locations to executing the photography on a wedding day that involved A LOT of logistics. Her insider knowledge of Big Sur is priceless! I appreciated her calm, relaxed demeanor on the day of the event, and the photos she captured were just beyond anything I could have imagined. Her use of light is simply stunning - I constantly receive comments on how beautiful our wedding photos are! Get her on your wedding team as soon as you can - you won't regret it.

Total pro and unbelievably talented photographer. We got her for our wedding in Big Sur and we were very lucky -- I imagine you could spend a lot more than we did and get far less from a photography perspective. Not only does Evynn know the area intimately, but she's a master of using light to accentuate and frame images. We still look at our photos from that day with a special kind of awe. It's almost hard to believe we're in the pictures because they're so great. Really can't say enough about how the experience working with her, how she totally took charge and got the pictures she knew we wanted, and captured memories we will cherish for a lifetime. If you're looking for a photographer in the Big Sur area and you can't get Evynn, pick a new date for your event -- she's that good.

Where to begin? I'll spare the details but sum up my story this way: I was dealing with having to come up with a Plan C for my dream wedding last month after the worst three months of my life leading up to it. Evynn was a big reason why that dream wedding did not elude me and my now-husband. Not only did she work with us on timing and location so flexibly, but she was incredibly warm and easygoing! Some people just have that wonderful aura you want to work with, and on your wedding day when there's plenty else to think about, you definitely want Evynn on your side. That doesn't even touch the photography and the skills of this woman! You can tell she really believes in her art and loves what she does, not just by the final products (which are GORGEOUS) but by the way she carries herself with the camera. She doesn't try to "stage" you - she allows you to move freely and flow as naturally as possible, to best capture the most "you" moments. My husband and I loved it! We can't thank Evynn enough. She captures the sunlight, you, the essence of the event perfectly. You cannot go wrong with this choice if you're lucky enough to get her!
