The company I worked for placed a very large order online with this company. Had over-ordered for our project and reached out well within the 30 day return period to be told that the company has NO CONTROL over their online ordering system and does not handle anything to do with them. Any time I call the "online ordering" phone number, I cannot get an answer. I've been trying to return these products for months now with ONE email communication from them. Terrible customer service, and even worse communication.
