Story

Excel Lifeforce Martial Arts is a local martial arts school that has been serving clients in the Woodbury area since 1987. We offer professional martial arts instruction by fully-certified instructors in one of America's premier training facilities. Licensed and certified by two of America's largest martial arts organizations, the American Taekwondo Association and Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academies, our goal is to provide the highest quality self-defense training and leadership development to each student, resulting in a strong body, mind, moral compass, and the ability to excel.
