Needed a quick pick me up, stopped into Exchange Florist and said I wanted something bright and the florist sure delivered! These are so stunning and perfect. Such an art to throw together a bouquet that looks amazing and cohesive. Thank you so much!
Update: Saw the response from the owner. It’s not my first time to buy flowers, but it’s the first time I hear the so called “guard petal”. I don’t think “it’s my chose to remove it”, it’s not customers’ responsibility to recognize the so called “guard petal” and “choose to remove it or not”. Also, there aren’t too many petals left if I remove the bad ones. And some of the inner petals are in low quality. Anyway when I buy flowers, I don’t expect a semi-finished product. ——————————————————————— Original: This is the second time I buy from this store. Won’t go there any more. The flower is in super low quality.
Cheap tasteless flower arrangement for the price of “professionally made” by florist. The bouquet I received had two roses of random colors, one herbera and a few opened up lilies, that are already shedding petals. Plus fillers. The value of this is 7$ at Trader Joe’s. My husband was charged more than 80$. Very disappointing. Tasteless. Sad to look at. Never again!
The flowers are beautiful, but I never go to this florist anymore even though they’re so close to where I live because every time I have gone, I am shocked by how rude they are. I go in legitimately wanting to buy flowers and spend money, but every time I ask a question about what is available the response I am given makes me feel extremely unwelcome and honestly embarrassed. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe someone was having a bad day or maybe it’s just a particular employee, but time and time again this has been my experience with every person in the store at all times of the day/week/month etc. One time I wanted to make a bouquet for my mom and the woman would not let me pick the flowers I wanted and proceeded to make a bouquet out of flowers I knew my mom would hate and when I asked to choose the flowers she was so short with me and told me over and over that she didn’t know what I was going for. I am glad I am a person who feels comfortable standing up for myself and confident in my aesthetic sensibilities, but even so I felt so put off that I would never recommend this shop to anyone ever.
Ordered for the first time and requested a blue, purple and white bouquet and am so happy with how it turned out!
Rude. Rude. Rude. I went to the store looking for a planter pot for a plant I bought from them and the lady very rudely shunned me away blaming me for not buying one at the time of sale. she said “if you wanted a pot you shudda bought it with the plant. We don’t sell pots.” Like hello I’m trying to make you a sale. You don’t want to sell no problem. NEVER AGAIN. The basics of any business to thrive is a good customer experience and this shop fails every single time. You cant apologise for treating people poorly in your shop. There’s a reason why multi million dollar companies spend bundles and bundles on better customer service.
This place has wonderful flowers they last long they smell nice and the staff are great people especially Yumi! I’ve bought bouquets of flowers on many different occasions and this place never disappoints! Highly recommend this shop.
Very rude staff. I came a few weeks ago to buy flowers for my birthday and was treated very poorly. I asked the staff to let me see some flowers and they told me to move to the side since they were busy preparing for Valentine’s Day. I noticed the flowers/roses they were ranging were of very poor quality compared to some I had bought 2-3 weeks prior but nevertheless I asked to see them and was told to move, to wait outside or to come back much later. The staff was helping another woman so i asked if I could be next and once again I was given a very rude response. This was the same person that weeks prior when there was no one else in the store had been rather welcoming to me. At that point I decided to leave as I didn’t not want any negativity from this place to come back home with me. I’m a very frequent flower customer so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
We have been buying orchids there for the last few years. They are the best we have ever had: healthy and long lasting. And the people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. A very good store for flowers.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I've used this florist several times and each experience has been great - so much so that I felt compelled to leave this review. They create great arrangements and will do so exactly to your budget! I feel like the price is reasonable and the flowers look great / last a good time, so that's all you can really ask for. Thanks!
