Executive Garage

We took our 328i to the shop after taking it to two other shops including the dealer and having no lasting results. It seems like the other two places were just throwing potential answers at it like change all the spark plugs or it probably needs this I probably needs that. The problem got worse instead of better. Due to the high reviews we finally took it to executive garage. He took his time and did a detailed diagnosis that took days. He finally showed us where he came up with a potential solution and gave us an estimate that was extremely reasonable. When I checked the estimate against other places it was about half of what it would have been. The main thing was we wanted to have the problem fixed! Total time was about 30 days from beginning to end but there was some major engine and exhaust manifold work to be done. He said he found the issue and along the way modified his estimate to be somewhat lower which was helpful. We wouldn't have known if he hadn't told us. We got the car back and the problem has not resurfaced since. We are extremely happy customers of the shop and highly recommend it to others..Services: Auto engine diagnostic

This is the BEST shop….hands down! MJ is incredible! He knows exactly what he’s doing! It’s been difficult finding a trustworthy person to work on our 2016 Range Rover Sport…..but after reading all the reviews on Executive Garage, I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you…..all the raving reviews are TRUE. From customer service, sending me a quote promptly, communication, explaining what was wrong with my car & how to fix it, scheduling me in on short notice, ordering quality parts….etc….MJ covered all of it. When I was told my transmission was leaking, I drove it to Executive Garage. MJ stopped what he was doing, climbed under my car, dropped the skid plate and found the problem within 5 minutes. When it was time to fix it…..he loaned us a car to drive for the day!! When we picked up the car the same day….he told us it was $100 cheaper than the initial quote. He didn’t have to go above and beyond…..but he did and it speaks volumes! What a relief, knowing that we now have such a trustworthy, knowledgeable and experienced mechanic that we can call! I forgot how smooth the ride on my X3 should be. Excellent, quick, and thorough service on my car, for an amazing price. Malek is attentive and detail oriented, and takes care to be sure you understand what needs done, and what it will take to get it done. Fair labor costs, and doesn't double charge for similar/overlap work. Will definitely be bringing Red back, in the near future. Thank you so much!!

First off, let me say that I should have gone here instead of the Mini Dealer. I have never left the dealership with my car feeling new. I went to Malek and Tom for all the things the dealer suggested and I paid way less. This shop went above and beyond for me and made sure that nothing else was wrong with my car. Upon the test drive after the repairs my mind was blown by how my mini felt. The car was powerful and every shift was smooth like butter. These guys took care of me so well that I went and bought lunch for them after. I am never going to use any other shop. I am so happy to know that I can go to a place and leave with a peace of mind. I highly recommend this shop for any BMW needs! Malek was able to get my car in super fast to fix a clunking noise that ended up just being a loose bolt that another shop told me they couldn't find. I decided to have him fix another problem that I had been ignoring for months and he was able to get the part for cheaper than he quoted me and get it fixed faster than he estimated saving me money! It's so refreshing to have an honest mechanic that doesn't charge an arm and a leg to work on my car. I will be taking it here from now on!

These guys are legit. I don't have any experience with other independent BMW repair shops, and I don't need to. I've been here three separate times over the last eight months due to that legendary BMW reliability, and each experience has been an absolute breeze. When these guys tell you they'll do something, they make EVERY attempt to do it, even when they could cut corners. They take care of everything from simple repairs like battery replacements, all the way through installation of difficult aftermarket parts. Their shop is always chock full of Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, and I've even seen super-car exotics chilling out on their lifts. Give 'em a try.

Malik is a very honest person he told me my total was 2800$ and when I went to pay for it to pick up the car he charged me 2400$ which is 400$ less. He said he fixed my own valve body instead of buying a new part. He could of just not tell me and I'd never know. Thank you for being honest Malik.

Outstanding service and great employees. Took my wife's Mini Cooper in with a noise in the engine. They did a outstanding evaluation and the repair cost was great. Honest people and would highly recommend. Will use them again if needed.

Amazing guys! I have a Mercedes C300 and the door handle is cheaply made and it is ridiculously expensive to get it fixed if you take it to the dealership. I took it to Malek and he fixed it in no time and at a great price! I also get my oil changed here and they always do a great job! Highly recommend them!
