Executive Las Vegas

Not a good experience at all. We booked through asterRIDE, who then gave our reservation to Executive Las Vegas Limousine. The original plan was to be delivered from Allegiant Stadium to the Linq, but earlier in the day the driver Varuzhan calls and says he can't pick us up at Allegiant and that we need to walk a few blocks over. I told him we didn't know our way around but he insisted he wouldn't be allowed to pick up at Allegiant Stadium. We find the intersection that he asked us to go to and find out he's not there. Varuzhan ends up arriving 20 minutes late and immediately begins telling me that the all inclusive fare I chose doesn't include tip. I show him on the email where it says "tip included" and he tells me I don't have to tip if I didn't want too. We noticed that we were being picked up in a limo instead of a town car, which would have been fine except it was left trashed from the people before us. Attached are photos of the empty water bottles, beer bottles and vape pens we found in our way. When we told the driver about the trash he said he needed gas anyway and that we could buy whatever we want from the corner store while he filled up. While filling up we noted that instead of taking the trash out at the gas station; he decided to open the door and sit with us while he gas pump ran. We took 3 limousines this weekend and this was by far the worst. I wonder if it would have been better to just roll the dice with Lyft.

Great service. Friendly driver! We hired them for a strip tour and to be dropped of at Graceland wedding chappel. Driver was courteous and on time.

Our driver that picked us up from airport was on time and excellent. We were scheduled for driver to pick us up at the Venetian and take us back to airport. We got a text that morning from the driver told us his name and car id. When he was supposed to be there he didn't show, we tried calling executive, got put on hold, finally had to get a taxi to take us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight, I was still on hold with Executive, finally someone told me that our scheduled driver was off on leave, they were very sorry. I asked for refund, they said they already gave it to me. I asked about reimbursement for the taxi ride, they gave me a number to fax my $28 bill to, I tried 3 different times to fax it, it would never go through. It is now December 28 and I have not been reimbursed for the limo ride, and still out the $28 for taxi. I would not recommend them..

Fantastic employees and wonderful service. I will use this shuttle service for my future trips to Vegas!

original booking included tip - driver expected more. General consensus on driver attitude was negative by my group.

Two stars due to the positivity and kindness of the driver. However in the end he dropped us off in over 100 degree temperature without checking if our wedding party was ready to enter the reception hall. We stepped out side to take a picture and our drive left us. My wedding party was forced to wait in the hot sun while waiting for other guest to arrive. When I called the company to have the driver come back, there were many excuse for why they didn't want to come back. I am not planning on using their service ever again.

My adult children and I asked for 4 hours of service while in Las Vegas. Our driver, Don, was out of this world! He was kind, helpful and pleasant to talk to. He was a great driver and exceeded our expectations! Thanks for a great morning!

30 minutes late picking us up from the hotel for the airport shuttle, the driver was not helpful just sat in his seat until we got our luggage on board and didn't offer to help and drove like a crazy driver flooring it then slamming on the brakes. Once we did get to the airport the driver expected us to offer a large tip after again not offering to assist with our luggage. Definitely won't be using this service again.

5.0 star rating 12/29/2016 I am a Las Vegas Resident, so the whole "Vegas Experience" limo, champagne, girls, clubs, gambling etc lost its luster on me a long time ago. HOWEVER, my friends and I sometimes do like to go to the strip for some of the clubs. When we do decide to trek down to the strip, we will all be drinking, so we never want to drive. I did some research and came across the Executive Website. After looking at their vehicles which look really nice, we decided to book their 14 passenger limosuine style sprinter for the night. The vehicle arrived 15 minutes early, the chauffeur was very neatly dressed and friendly I think his name was Tony?. The interior was spotless and there were music videos playing on the TVS + a BUMPING sound system. After driving around town for about an hour or two with music bumping, we decided to go into the club. Unfortunately my girlfriend left her phone on the vehicle, but we hadn't even noticed yet. About 10 minutes after we got out of the car, I got a call from the driver saying we left a phone in the car. We said we would come pick it up, but he insisted on bringing it in to us. The driver definitely saved the night! My girl would have had a terrible night if she hadn't found her phone, and consequently I would have had a terrible night haha. THANK YOU EXEC!!! will definitely be booking with you guys again!!!! 10/10

The day of my wedding, the driver was on time and the limo was very nice. I had forgotten to print out a detailed list of the places we were going, but he was totally laid back and it only took a little information to get him to the right place. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process, and will definitely use them in the future for my limo needs.
