Executive Laser Wash

I was in at 4:23 pm today 6-14-24 and it didnt clean my car. It still is dirty. I have used this before and I am so disappointed. A wasted $16.00. I tried to call the number I found to ask for another car wash so I could go back and phone disconnected. Not happy. Car should not still be dirty. I drove home after wash and parked it!

This car wash is horrible. It doesn't take the bugs off of your car. Perhaps there's not enough pressure. And the spot free rinse leaves you with water spots everywhere on your vehicle. And the reason for that is because the blower at the end does not have enough blowers on it to dry your car nor get the water out of all the seams. My wife and I are both pretty unhappy. Ankeny needs more touchless car washes. This car wash does not allow you to bring your vehicle every day. You can only bring it once every 48 hours. And whoever did the concrete medians where the machines lie to check in made the medians way too long. It's great if you have a Volkswagen bug but if you have a larger car it's difficult to navigate without hitting those medians. And if you think you're going to pull out and get your vacuum for free you can forget that. Nor do they provide you any air to blow off your car unless you pay for that too. Greedy much?

Came in today for a car wash, selected the gold option and in the end, I end up with most of the paint on my bumper peeled off. I never had a problem with other car washes, definitely not coming back here again. I'll be sure to contact them about this.

Chipped paint off the hood of my new car, on two different visits. In the right light you can also see a one-inch band etched into my windshield.

Not very well maintained. Numerous times a wash is missing soap or various rinses, etc. Impossible to contact anyone for refund or feedback.

I purchased a wash package and multiple times when I stop I scan the QR code, my phone says it was successful but the car wash does not. I then have to wait 48 hours before trying again. Why pay for a package when you can’t wash your car when you want to? When the car wash app does work I have even had issues with the dryer not working at the end of the wash. There is no way to contact them about this, which makes it even more frustrating. I just cancelled my plan. I will take my business elsewhere. If they don’t have time to help me, I don’t don’t have time to give them my business.

So first of all I must say I am for the touch less car washes hands down. I did become a member of the wash club which meant unlimited washes for 34$ a month. There are many location throughout Des Moines and surrounding area.

Gets it clean enough to look at from 8 feet, much rather hand wash.

Zero stars! Multi times this month… scan the QR code says successful and then nothing happens. Doors do not open, cannot get a car wash. Then have to wait 48 hours to try again. If you email them email on their website it says no longer supported by these people when you hit send. You cannot get a hold of them. Shady company.

I like this car wash the best for a pull in and it goes around the car.
