I hve never seen this rude staff anywhere, Doormen specially. Its the worst place to stay with lot of noises. There are no fixed working hours people start construction anytime. When i went to them to ask what are there working hours or can they stop this at late night so no one respond. They saod do whatever you want to.

The location of this building is the BEST! Central to everything! I stayed at a 1BR and it was nice and bright and cozy. It had a full kitchen and king size bed with modern touch. The doormen are the kindest and most courteous.Rooms: 5/5

I have been very pleased with the management of this property. The concierges and doormen are especially accommodating and super friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Despite my short term rental unit having a view of a brick wall, and thus not much natural light, the attention paid to maintaining and clean, well-furnished apartment is clearly evident. I would stay here again - and the location is quite convenient too!

Pros: 1. Location 2. Courtesies staff 3. Roof Access Cons: 1. Very old building 2. Cheap make over of everything, it looks fancy but not good at all. 3. Very less natural light, almost no light 4. Very gloomy gallery and lift area 5. Dull and very down energy place 6. Laundry is very old fashioned. 7. Amenities in room very less, microwave very small, very small and old dishwasher, very old model small refrigerators, OTG of no use, no gas only electric coil that was worst, no chimney and no way for smoke and smell to go out. Thanks.

Location is very prime, it's just 2 minute walk to Time Square. Stayed there for a month and didn't faced any issue at all. You get a nice bedroom with kitchen, shared laundry is available in house.

I love the apartment. It is clean and modern, with all the essential ammentities needed for an extended stay. It's very close to Times Square but also close to convenient stores, a grocery store and central park. The concierge and door man are very friendly and helpful. It's quiet and I haven't had any issues with neighbors. The only thing I wouldn't give 5 stars here is the gym equipment is sub par... definitely in need of newer equipment.

Wonderful location. Love this historical building! Very convenient to everything in the city. Fabulous as a pied a terre!!

The furniture is falling a part. The TV will not change in the living room. The chair for the working desk is certainly falling apart. Can't use. The heater is an old unit that make plenty of noise to drown out the horns blowing and people screaming with the window closed... The staff is very nice and I feel safe.

Polite doormen, looks very classy and modern. I went to the 17th floor and the elevator was quick. The hallways seem very nice. And the apartment wasn't the best but i enjoyed my stay

Old and creepy furniture. Old build building with plethora of faults . I was their with family in winters and all the windows has some space which lets freezing air come inside. A tiny dishwashing unit for an expensive 2BR apartment with noisy heating units.
