Used EXIT bail bonds for my first time using a bail company. I can say Erica was very helpful. She laid out the plan, explained the process, and made the process very easy. Satisfied with customer service.
I highly recommend this company. These people were very responsive, but more importantly they made it happen. The customer service was amazing, unlike what I seem to find myself dealing with elsewhere in the world now. They still understood the value of kindness and respect. I dealt with a gentleman named Rigo who was exceptionally courteous and responsive. He took care of business and was able to make something happen in less than 30 minutes simply by asking a few questions. It was incredible. And then the follow-up was handled by a sweet woman named Coco who was very pleasant. She was more than professional and I have nothing but great things to say about both of them. I highly recommend this company and especially these two employees. The world needs more people and friendly businesses like them. I'm a high level supervisor myself and I would be proud to have them on my team. Thank You Exit Bail Bonds and thank you Rigo and Coco.
Rigo was great! He made me feel very comfortable in such a stressful moment. The process was quick and easy. He worked with us and was able to post bail for my son fast. He is definitely someone to call if you are a family member are in need.

When my husband had initially went to jail I had found myself wondering how I was going to do without him. When he had told me he had made bail I was so happy I cried and then I cried because I didn’t know how we were going to make the payments because I was unemployed. Thankfully a week later I got a job and although I thought it would help I still found we were short for the payments. Not only did they work with us when we didn’t have full payments they worked with us when we wanted to pay off in full. I have cried so much and thankfully some of those were tears of appreciation and gratefulness due to EXIT BAIL BONDS. Sonia is amazing and always found a way to help us and work with us. I don’t know what we did to get so blessed with them during this trying time but I cannot put into words how much I appreciate them. If you’re looking for a bail bonds company this is the company for you. They are amazing!!!
