Vivian Kuo was very quick to respond in regards to my apt search. Being a new resident of NYC it was hard to find a broker who would actually listened to your preferences. Vivian however, listened and quickly found a place that fit all my needs. She was very patient with me and my roommate and was truly there to assist. She was extremely flexible and open to meet at various times and places to ensure we got all of paperwork in on time which is so important in a competitive market like NYC. Vivian Kuo, and her partner Matthew DeSilva, helped me close a deal on my apartment that I had leave early due to unforeseen circumstances. They were very professional, and although they operated in a tough neighborhood with lots of other available units for a lot less than my unit, they managed to find the right tenants within reasonable time.

He met with me last minute on Sunday and within 48 hours, got me into enough places to make a good decision. I had an appointment with Shuriah Eldridge to see 2 apartments. She didn't show up!! Moreover, she didn't give me any notice that she won't be coming so I went to the location and waited for 40 minutes while trying to get in touch with her. I emailed her and she didn't get back to me, I called her and she hung up on me!!! What kind of agency is this?? Not a trustable one for sure! If you don't want headaches along the way, you'd better find a more professional agency to work with.
