New favorite bike shop! We wanted something cheap and used, but Express was better than expected. Their bikes are in great condition for being used. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and safe pandemic times.

Never going the Express Bike Shop again. I've tried and occasionally have had a good experience but more often than not they're rude. Management should be able to figure out which employees have customer service skills and those that don't.

In my case the staff was not only rude but refused to give me my bike back. then called me and spoke rudely over to phone as if I requested for them to keep my bike. I will forever try to expose this bike for what they truly are.

These guy's do awesome work with bikes. They've saved me the trouble sense I have a broken thumb. Now my son can get out of my hair about it.

Fantastic place, positive people, great customer service. They quoted a repair accurately up front, no attempt to upsell, and I was out within an hour. And the price was really reasonable. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else.
