Excellent attention, attitude and courtesy with costumers. I saved $56 when shipping through DHL. They helped me a lot and were very patience with my requests. Great people, was a pleasure doing business with them.

I was referred to this place to get some finger prints for my elderly dad !procedure he needed in order to get housing, the employee who was taking care of us was very nice and professional! But There was this lady who seemed like the manager who was instructing all employees who were there this lady was so unprofessional and very rude she literally told her employee that we needed to move out of her way like if we would not here here we were right there ,hello we are there for a reason horrible customer service by owners of place unprofessional !the set up is horrible they could have seats for customers!! And we weren’t the only ones there was a Chinese lady did the same thing to her!

Super friendly but waaaaaay too expensive. Shipped a very small and light item and was charged more for shipping and packaging than the same process at UPS which is the vendor they used. The upcharge felt very unnecessary.

Express Business Center is a one-stop-shop. I am able to drop off my Amazon returns, ship my packages, and print my documents. The owners are wonderful and you feel like family when you do business here.

I have used EBC several times to send packages. The staff has always been courteous and efficient, the service has consistently been great, and the prices quoted to me have been fair. In addition, I have always received many different options and quotes to best meet my needs. I highly recommend!

I used to send my prepaid packages here. It was quick and easy! They did relocate to another building that isn’t too far. It isn’t by the Kohl’s shopping center anymore. It’s up the Hamilton Blvd by Texas Roadhouse.

Third straight time that I've shipped using this place and then had fedex and UPS call me because they messed up the paper work. They may be ok to drop off your 6pm shoe returns or posting a box to NJ, but they are hopeless at sending a box to Canada apparently. Staff have no idea how to ship international at all, three forms were filled in until they thought they had the right onewrong. Won't likely use them again, and certainly won't recommend them to anyone.

This is the first business center that I have come across that has it all! UPS, USPS, FedEx and printing of various types. Murtaza and his staff are super friendly and helpful. The turn around time for my materials has been very quick and professionally done.

I have always gave my business to EBC. However, I had a daycare business at the time. Now, I have opened up a hotsauce business that needed a logo. I signed papers with them but wasn't happy at all with the design. They just couldn't make my pepper sauce logo come to life which was okay. I told them about this and they wanted nothing to do with me after the artist couldn't get a design that I liked or agreed on. Not being able to give me a design that I like is one thing but for your Business not to want to do business with me in the future was a petty move. I liked the owner, hes nice but the people that are in charge of designing and decisions need to be reevaluated!!!!! #dontgotoebc #upset because I didn't like the crappy art work that I needed for my Hotsauce Logo. Also, by the way, I went to Office Depot and got a design for $20 and Loved it! where they wanted to charge $65........get out of here EBC!!!!!

There notary service was fine. It what hapenned after that makes them very inconsiderate... i could not find my drivers license a few days later so i called them to see if left there and was told did not have it, i checked back like a week later and still no license so after about month or so of waiting to see if i find it i went and got another one from dmv.. my wife was at dr. Office 2 doors down couple days ago and decided to go,in and ask again and they had mylicense the whole time.. They could have called me or mailed it to me, its a important piece of somwones belongings.. it was not like a glove or hat they found.. could not believe they just let someones license sit in the lost and found
