Express Dry Carpeting was able to work with me on a very tight schedule for an extremely reasonable price. My apartment complex was trying to charge $250 for 2 bedrooms and a den. I found this company based on good review on line. But my experience is so disappointing and time consuming. I paid $890 for deep carpet cleaning $390 and air duck cleaing $500 for two systems. The technician came to my home, did the work. But they left with a mess! I had to vacuum the area they worked. When I inspected the carpet next day, I found one bedroom there is huge coffee stains, one basement room stain area not touched. The whole carpet looks like not touched. Took pictures and sent to Jennifer, called Jennifer, she was nice, immediately to offer a re-clean next day. The same guy came late. Then I had to watch him to do every room. What all he did is just spray some liquid and used a sweeping machine to sweep the carpet. Yes, he cleaned the coffer stain and some areas obvious very dirty. But consistently he tried to cut short, and when I did not babysiiting him, he skip areas. He complained a lot of low pay, he had to pay gas by himself, and buy special chemical for stains from his pocket. Then I asked him to vacuum the carpet, he told me "deep carpet cleaning does not including vacuuming!" I was shocked. Eventually he did some vacuum. Today I walked into family room, I found a big area stain still there-- when he did family room, I was in bathroom, did not monitor closely, my fault. I had to use wet paper towel to clean it by myself. In one word, it is my fault to have called wrong company. Cost me $390 for carpet cleaning and many hours to monitor, the result is very disappointing! ***** After reading the owner's response, I had to say more Dec 28 2018 I have pictures before and after your technician cleaning my carpet! The Dry carpet cleaning is a joke, unless you supervisor the technician, he would focus to cleaning, otherwiste , he just try to pretend he did the job to. The technician told me he only get 20% of what I paid the company, I paid $500 for air duct cleaning and $390 for carpet cleaning. I just bought the house, the carpet was decent clean, I ordered a cleaning service for peace of mind to make sure it is very cleaning before I moved in. The technician told me he has to pay gas, and $20 special chemical from his pocket. two technician spent 2 hours for air duck cleaning which I paid $500, and then 2 hours for my carpet about 2200 sqft, which I paid $390. After I found out he did not even touch much of area of my "clean" carpet, I found coffee stains , the company sent him back for second cleaning which I monitor. I found the so called cleaning is just use some liquid to sweep the carpet, I had to ask for a vacuum. That is a simply a joke. But I would not blame the technician, for the whole job, I paid $890, he only got $168, minus gas and $20 chemical cost. This is very disappointing way to run a business. Mr Shouki, you own this company, you really should have trained your technicians to do the job right at the first time, should never cut corners. Your technician promised everything, but deliver shortly. I was happy he came back to re-do the job, I was NEVER happy with the result. But I understand he only got 20% of what I paid the company, I could not blame him. So I wrote him "did a reasonable good work". Again, it was a waste of time and money. I can post more pictures to prove the terrible result after "cleaning". The following picture was taken the day after "2nd cleaning". I had to use wet paper towel to clean this stain in family room. You tell you how " good" is the service after $390.

This company was my first option I had others because of the reviews. But I did notice the reviews are NOT recent I should've paid attention to that. The first phone call was professional I asked for a quote and they provided just that and it was not a long wait. I had an appointment for Monday 12-2pm window frame I received a call at 1:30 letting me know they were backed up in DC due to traffic and asked if I could reschedule. I am a VERY understanding person and was ok with that. My appointment was today 9-10am window frame I woke up early to make sure everything was out way of the way and requested to work from home twice so I can be present. 10am comes no call so I decided to call the office & a man answered I asked for a status and he said let me check and call you right back. 11am still no call no status....... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. LOOK ELSE WHERE DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE !!!!

Nabil cleaned my carpets today and did an amazing job. He was on-time and was able to do a great job quickly. He was professional and courteous. I have been using Express Carpet Dry for 8 years in the multiple properties I own. They do an amazing job every time and go the extra mile. They are prompt professional with very fair prices.
